I went to another tourney at the fort hood trainer showdown in Texas
(9/4/99). It was a $5 entrance fee for some good prizes. I changed my deck a
little, so heres my deck and tourney report. (there were around 100 people I
think).

Report -

There were 6 rounds and you had to win 4 to go on to the finals. I won 5 out
of 6 and got to go to the finals! (the finals were 1 loss eleimination)

FINALS -

Round 1 vs. Chris Horne  - HAHAHA!!!! My best friend who I played just a
couple rounds ago (I ended his winning streak earlier). I have Hitmonchan and
he uses clefable and other colorless pokemon. Most of his are weak to
fighting so I take out almost all of his pokemon. He FINALLY kills hitmonchan
then I dominate the rest of the game with Farfetch'd. Sorry Chris =]
W - 7  L - 1

Round 2 vs. ??? - He is using a plant deck but doesn't get out any stage 1 or
2 pokemon. I take him out with electabuzz's and farfetchd.
W - 8  L - 1

Round 3 vs.??? - Playing a  haymaker (i think) with zapdos's. at first he
tears through me with electa/zapdos. I get an offense going and kill a pika
and electabuzzs. I dont let his zapdos do anything with E.R/S.E.R. I win
after I kill him with Scyther.
W - 9  L - 1

Round 4 vs. ??? (for 1st) - He is playing Electric/Scyther. I cant use
hitmonchan because of Scyther/Zapdos so I keep my Farfetchd's alive. He oaks
and bills one to many times and I just keep retreating/scoop up till he decks
himself....I WON 1st PLACE!!!!!

I got a Southern island set (Rediba,Jigglypuff,Butterfree),Japanese
Starmie,Caterpie,Switch (original) a japanese Mistys Starmie, 3 badges,A
pokemon trainer necklace thing and a sticker for it,a snorlax bean bag,a 1st
Edition Vaporeon,Mewtwo,Scoop Up, and Magneton. Good prizaes for only $5 =]
He said he was gonna try to get us in Scrye but I dont know.
