Hey, Pojo I played this deck at a tournament at the local comic shop.
It
was an average sized tournament with 30-40 kids. The grand prize was $30.00

--60 Cards Total--
--Game one--
My first match was against a kid named Billy. He was about ten with a
nicely revised version of "Zap"
I started with Squirtle as my active, with Charmander and Poliwag on the
bench. He had an Abra as his active, and Magnemite on his bench. I
won
the toss and paralyzed him on the first move. He took a chance on his turn
and gave his energy to Magnemite. I gave my energy to Poliwag seeing
as I
had a Poliwhirl with me. I used another bubble, but didn't paralyze him.
He swithed his Abra and Magnemite around, and used a Thunder Wave which did
a number to my Squirtle, and to make matters worse I was paralyzed. My
turn, I get a stroke of luck and draw a Wartortle, I evolve Squirtle and
give him my last energy to him, and successfully use withdraw. He keeps
trying to use his Magnemite but he can't land a hit on me. Eventually I
started to pull into the lead especially once I souped up my Poliwrath. My
only hump in the road to victory in this game was his Zapdos. It killed
both my now evolved Wartortle, and the Poliwrath. Yet by now I had my
Arcanine and Charmeleon ready. For him it was too little too late.
--Game two--
This was by far the easiest game I have ever done. I played a kid named
Chris who had this sort of Brushfire deck. He won the toss and used his
only guy in play which happened to be a Bulbasaur. I had my Charmander
starting with Poliwag and Growlithe on the bench. He had no energy so he
was already done. I gave Charmander an energy and scratched him.
Bulbasuaur was half dead after the first attack. He drew an energy and
gave it to Bulbasaur. I scratched him again and the game was over.
He
didn't have anyone on his bench.
--Game three--
This was a Semi-Final game. I played this kid with a water and electric
deck, I forgot his name but he was GOOD. I put down squirtle to start, and
he put down a seel. I had charmander on the bench, and he had a Pikachu
and a Magnemite. I won the toss and Bubbled him right from the start.
He
put his energy on Pikachu. I gave an energy to Charmander and Bubbled him
again. I killed his Seel but that was the only kill I got in the game.
He
kept using defender with his Magnemites self-destruct move. He even pulled
out a Magneton and Raichu by the time the game was over. the best I got
was a Poliwrath that almost killed his Raichu, almost.
The kid I lost to eventually won the tournament. I ended up in fourth.
