Dear Pojo, and Scott,
I played In a tournament on 9/18/99 at Manchester Center, in Fresno, Ca. 
There were about 25 people in this tournament, which was single elimination.
I got 2nd place in this tournament using a Psycic/Electric deck.  The key to
this deck is to get Alakazam fast, along with Pokemon that have lots of hit
points, so I can use Alakazam's Power which is Damage Swap. Chancey is ideal
in this case,and I got it as a prize.  I would include it in my deck, but I
got it AFTER the tournament.  Here is my deck:

Round 1: I played a 12 year old kid with a grass deck.  He got 4 prizes
right away after he got his Nidoqueen out early. Then I got my Alakazam with
a computer search and put him on my bench.  The rest of that game Mewtwo and
Kadabra dominated when I used the pokemon power and transferred my damage to
both of my Jynx's(I didnt even need to use my powered up Zapdos).  This game
lasted a long time because I kept using damage swap, and he had no energy
attatched to all of his pokemon, and I couldnt pay the retreat cost of
mewtwo.  By the time we finished round 1 everybody else finished round 2.
Game lasted about 45 min in all(wow!) Result of that I got a by-round

Round 3:I played an 11 year old girl with a slightly modified Power Reserve
deck.  I got both my Mewtwo's right away, and a Riachu with a computer
search. She didnt have any basics on her bench, and I was suprised that she
didn't use bellsprouts call for family.  She lost after running out of
basics.

Round 4:There were 3 people left to go to the finals so we had to pick a
number between 1 and 100.  I picked 7 and the number was 3. I got another
by-round

Round 5 (finals):  I played a kid with a grass fighting deck.  At the very
begining I got 2 Abra's and a magnimite.  Somehow he got 2 Scythers and 3
hitmochans right away! How is that possible I thought?!? Long story short:
He killed me in minutes with hitmochan.  I didnt even get one prize because
he kept using energy removals and super potions.

I still got 2nd and a Chancey, which was worth it.  My name is Bagel Boy and
