Results for Drew:
-Me v. Brand with manipulation deck
I had a bad hand with a hitmonchan and trainers. I thought I'd get
smacked by his psychics but he led a Kangiskhan I got first move and
swacked it. It tumbled in for Brand from there and I won because of
no
basics.
Record: 1-0
-Me v. Bill-Doh with his Wiggly Deck
It was close the whole match but I got out my Hitmonchans and
destroyed his Wiggly deck!!
Record: 2-0
-Me v. Jo-jo with his similar Wiggly deck
Same results as last battle against his bro Bill-doh
Record: 3-0
Results for Curt:
-Me v. Schocktart
he used a haymaker which i am strong against. i used mewtwo
and
gastly to take out mimes and hitmons.
Record: 1-0
-Me v. hairless with a grass fire deck
he had weak basics so i took control of the match early. he
coudn't
handle my mewtwos.i win
Record: 2-0
-Me v. tator with our older deck which he copied
he had psychics so i had to use my kangaskhan and chansey
which i
did with style. one word SMACK!!!!!!!!
Record: 3-0
FINALS: Drew v. Curt (best of three)
-Battle 1: Curt took out Drew's Hitmonchans quick with his Mewtwos and
Gastlys. Drew put up a fight with his Jigglys but
showed no
match for Curt's Kangiskhans and Scythers.
Curtis: 1 win Drew: 0 wins
-Battle 2: This time Drew started out with Magmar and blasted Curt's
Scythers away and won because Curt had no basics.
Curtis: 1 win Drew: 1 win
-Battle 3: The last and deciding battle depended on one coin flip.
The whole battle was a slugfest back and forth where we
exchanged blows killing each others pokemon. At the end of
the
battle it was Drew's Magmar v. Curt's Jigglypuff. All
Drew had
to do was flip heads to poison the Jiggly and win
his last prize
to win the game. On the other hand, if Jiggly
wasnt going to be
poisoned Curt was going to use a scoop up
and send out a fully
charged Mewtwo to beat Magmar and pick
up his last prize to win the
game. Drew flipped the coin
and....HEADS. Drew won the game
poisoning Jiggly.
Curtis: 1 win Drew: 2 wins
Drew won the tournament with Curt placing second.
