    This is my own deck I used in the tourney.
It is a Stall Deck
It was at Gamers Guild   Corpus Christi Tx   on April 15, 2000
The tourney was a 3 round any body  tourney    Top 6 advance to finals  2/3
in first 3 rounds   single elemination in Finals
Here is my deck:
Pokemon:
4 Abra  (you'll need em)
3 Kadabra
3 Alakazam  (the main part)
3 Kangaskhan
3 Snorlax
2 Mr. Mime (use the power!!)
2 Chansey  (duh!!)
1 Mewtwo  (for Barrier)

4 Pokecenters
4 Potions
3 Switches
3 Super Potions
3 Poke Breeders
2 SER
2 Gamblers
2 Scoop Up
1 Gust
1 Energy Removal
1 Imposter Oak

Energy:
3 DCE
10 Psy Energy

Round One:  my friend's bro with his grass deck
    It was a grass deck with 1 Nidoking  1 Venasaur and some Beedrills
I started off and I just nailed him down with Chansey in the first game!!
    I nailed him up in the first game with Chanseys so i won that game easily
    In game two I didn't have a very good hand but i started to stall out
with 2 Alakazams 1 Chansey and 2 Kangaskhans towards the middle of the game. 
but he nailed up 5 of my Pokémon before i really hit him  (he got em with
beedrill)  then when i brought up Chansey i had alot of damage on my Pokemon.
i rearranged them as i could but then i got Chansey up with 2 DCE's and
started double edging and Pokecentering.  i got him down to just a Nidoran M
so i accidently put 8 damage counters on Alakazam and he only had one prize
left so he tried to say that he was dead and he won cuz that was his last
prize but i explained to him that when i move damage i can't knock out a
pokemon so he finally gave in, Double Edged him and that was his last basic
Pokemon so i won the round
1-0
Round 2: VS  Gilbert with Stall (uh oh!!)
    On the first game  i had a Kangaskhan out and he brought a wiggly and he
had 5 on bench so he kept doin the wave and i kept damage swappin to my
Chanseys and Kangas and Snorlaxes!!  finally after a bunch of pokecentering
and gambling  (he didn't have any gamblers) i won by decking him!!
    Game two he beat my quickly cuz i didn't have enough time to bring out
kazam so he beat me. 
    Game three:  he started to do the wave towards the middle of the game and
i damaged swapped and pokecentered and gambled.....so when i fanally got
tired of him doing that i switched out a mime so he couldn't touch me with
invisable wall and started to meditate with him.  i knocked out a bunch of
his Pokemon and by the time they called game i wuz winning by prizes and won
the round.

    Round three against a psy water deck
    this wasn't a very good deck!!
    he started with just Tung and i started with just Abra  i had a kadabra
in my hand though.  i went first drew Snorlax and i layed a psy energy on
abra and 10 but no paralyze next turn i switched and brought out Snorlax and
he couldn't paralyze so he kept doin 10 damage.  eventually i drew chanseys
and an alakazam and i finaly killed him by bench
    Game two went basicly the same way so i won again

Finalls:  against Brian with his Rain Dance

    he brought out a Lapras as active and a magikarp bench.  he drew a
Gyradose and energyed up lapras 10 on me i had a chansey up layed a DCE and
scrunched and no.  he did 10 and confused with lapras.  i drew another DCE
and put it on chansey and switched out Chansey with my newly benched mime and
retreated with the one energy i put on him and i made a big mistake and
double edged so he brought up his fully charged Gyrados' (it was like the
10th turn by now)  and he did 50 and killed chansey and i had no energy on my
snor so he killed him and he killed everyone so he won.
