Hey Pojo and all you Pokémon fans out there. I recently played in a tourney
in
El Paso, Texas at Beanie Planet (an awesome store) on April 22,2000. I used a
deck called Thunder Shocker which is mainly consists of Raichu's. The main
strategy is to use cheap hard hitters (team rockets Voltorb and Electabuzz)
while pumping up Raichu. This deck was great and I had a blast using it:-Þ 
Anyway here is the deck......

Round 1 Vs an amateur with a grass deck

This was easy my opponent didn't know too much about how to play. His deck
had no holos and no rares. I started with Electabuzz and he with an oddish, I
put on an energy and thunder shocked, heads. He attached an energy didn't
play any trainers and let me go. My turn, I attached another energy and
thunder punched with a heads to end the mach since he had no basics. He was
disappointed and knew his deck was no good.

round 2 Vs that previous kids brother (another amateur) with again a grass
deck

He was pretty easy also a pretty easy match. He sent out yet again an oddish,
and on his bench an oddish. I used Electabuzz and thunder punched and shocked
both his oddishes for an easy win. He didn't really know too much I would
guess as he never played any trainers. Weird dunno?

round 3 Vs "Evil" Blain (my friend that I typed his report) with a gloom
variant

This mach worried me since "Evil" Blain seems to always beat me. We went on
and on exchanging prizes with each other. His gloom started to devastate me
and I fell behind two prizes. I had a Pika on my bench with 2 energy and
started pumping it up. I evolved, added two more energies and used thunder
and super potions to amazingly k.o. 3 of his guys and pick up my remaining
prizes!!!!!
I couldn't believed it I Won!!!!!!!!

Simi-finals Vs Trevor with a potpourri slightly changed

Oh man this was bad he had fighting guys in his deck , my weakness
:-O <-- me screaming
He luckily didn't get a chance to use his Hitmonchan too much but once which
I thundered with a plus power and k.o.ed it and then mostly Electabuzz helped
me win . This match took a while since he had trouble getting the right
energy and Electabuzz slowly k.o.ed his guys. I picked up all my prizes and
won!!!

finals Vs Colin with a Hitmonchan hitmonlee deck :-(

Ah man  another fighting deck just what I need. He didn't use hitmonlee at
all but Hitmonchan once. I k.o.ed 2 sythers and a chancy and Hitmonchan then
stalled for time to rum down the 10 minute limit and won having two prizes
left!!!

I couldn't believe it I beat 2 fighting decks to win the championship and got
2 rocket 1st edition packs. In one I got  non-holo dark machamp and the
other......... DARK RAICHU!!!!!!! I couldn't believe it I wanted that card
soooooo much! It is so cool!
