Hey! I was getting pretty sick and tired of losing because of energy losses
with my Burning HydroFist deck, so I constructed one which did easy damage
with high HP. I call it Vulcan, because Vulcan was the god of strength and
fire...Now..(drumroll) onto Vulcan 1.0!

The Tourney I went to was at Mike's Comics in Valley Stream.
12 People participated.  It was on 4/16/.
We had 2 Rounds until the Finals. Anyone who got into the finals got a
Booster Pack. Whoever lost 2 times was not accepted into the finals.

Round 1 against Mike R. With a very poorly built Rainbow deck.

I drew a great hand. FarFetch'd, Jigglypuff, Jigglypuff, Energy Removal, 3
Fighting Energy!  I sent out Jigglypuff and benched my other Jigglypuff. He
sent out a Vulpix and benched Staryu. I attached an energy, used Lullaby and
benched FarFetch'd. I drew Lickitung. He attached an water energy to his
Staryu, and passed. I attached an energy and pounded for 20. I drew a Wiggly!
He attached an energy to his Staryu and passed. I pounded and drew a Promo
Buzz.. He passed. I destroyed Vulpix, got my prize Onix. He sent out a fully
pumped Starmie. I drew and got a Scyther, then evolved into Wiggly, attached
another energy and did the wave! 60 dmg on Starmie! He used star freeze, no
par., and did 20 dmg. I drew a Double Clrless and killed his Starmie. I got
my prize Electabuzz. At this point, he had no more basics so I won. He didn't
complain or anything. This guy was my friend, so I started to help him with
his deck until this retarted kid came over and challenged me.

Round 2 vs Brian Gorgan with a Grass Deck.

Mike had dropped out so he watched me play. I had a sunken hand. Onix, 4
Fighting Energy, GOW and Jiggly. I sent out a Jiggly and he sent out a
Bellsprout.We flipped the coin, I got heads, and it was tails. This kid was
bad luck! He used call for family and got out another bellsprout. I drew and
got..Double Colorless. I Lullabyed and his Bellsprout was asleep. He attached
an energy to Bell, and evolved into Weep. I drew a Wiggly, evolved, attached
an double clrless energy, and did the wave for 20 dmg. Weep woke up and
poison powdered without psn. I drew a Hitmonchan, put it on my bench, and DTW
(did the wave) for 30 dmg. Weep poison powdered Wiggly with psn but I killed
it the next turn.I drew my 1st prize. Scyther! He sent out a Kakuna, which I
did 40 dmg to. He had 3 Grass energy on it, but he couldnt find Beedrill.
Perfect! I killed him with another DTW. The kid had about 4 bills with him,
and he started using them all, while using his Butterfree and Nidorina. By
the time he finally found what he was looking for, I had destroyed Butterfree
and Nidorina had 'bout 10 HP. He used his Oak and decked himself. I won.

Quarter-Final, Me vs. Katherine w/a Electric Deck

As my neighbor, me and Katherine battled a lot, and we were evenly matched.
Her electric deck, the ThunderStorm was pretty powerful. The battle was long,
so I wont go into details..I started off with a Hitmonchan, and she started
with Pikachu. I creamed it, but then she sent out a Dark Raichu!! It creamed
me with its Surprise Thunder attack.
Then, I pulled out my Kanghaskan and destroyed her Raichu and Magneton. This
went on for a while, until the time out. My Wiggly had 10 HP, and she would
have killed it, but it waz a time out. I had 5 prizes and she had 4. Now I
had yet another watcher!

Final Match
Me w/ Vulcan vs. Rick w/ Fire Deck (Fire Bomb)

Rick was an awesome player. Awesome player, VERY, and I mean VERY, low
attitude. He was one of those stubborn kids who say,"Haw Haw, Im going to
burn you to the ground!" I had a perfect hand. I got first move. I had out
Hitmonchan, Eevee and Jiggly on my bench. I slapped on an energy and jabbed
for 20. He had out Growlithe. He flared. I slapped energy, drew Jolteon,
evolved Eevee and Jabbed. He got knocked out, and sent out charmander. I
added energ. and special punched. Got my prize Scyther and drew electric
energy. I evolved Jiggly. His turn. Scratch. My turn. Jab for the end! No
more basics, I win! I had expected a better challenge..

I got 2 Jungles and 2 Fossils for my prize. Flareon, Vileplume, Kabutops and
Dragonite were the holos that were in there. Now for Props and Slops
