I’m really quite surprised most people don’t see this as a good deck. But I have only lost one match in 5 months. It originally started out as a zap pre-constructed deck but over time I’ve almost replaced all the cards in this deck except Abra and kadabra. I have won about a 65 matches with this deck and it has served me very well. here are some matches I’ve played.

Me vs. gym guy

This is the guy that beat me. If you’ve ever been to the pokemon league at Walden books or toys r us or where ever this is one of the guys in the yellow shirts that does all the points. Well this is the one match I lost. He played with a grassed based haymaker. It all started off well with a fully pumped gengar on turn 3 but after he was gone I was unable to draw a pokemon and had to rely on the solitary Mr. Mime which was k.o. by a ivysaur. That guy 1 me zero.

Me vs. same guy (also known as psyduck’s counter attack)

This is  a prime example of how this deck is supposed to work. I drew a movie mewtwo, Three energy, A mr. Mime, Abra, and a computer search. I won the coin flip and drew a alakazam. I played a psychic energy on mewtwo, discarded the other two energy for a computer search. Found kadabra and used energy absorbson to attach those two energy to Mewtwo. In the next 5 turns I pumped up the mr. Mime evolved abra into alakazam and tore through two bulbasaurs and a scyther. Mewtwo was brought down by a fully pumped venusaur. Then when I pulled out mr. Mime he relized that nothing he had could take down the all powerful mime so he went ahead and forfeited. Me 1 that guy 1.

Me vs. arron

This is the only person up there whose name I had remembered. Nice kid but a needed work deck. He had just created this deck so I didn’t expect this deck to be good. It was easy I puled out mewtwo and electabuzz. I played mewtwo, did the computer search thing, and beat the crap out of his drowsies and abras, When he went down I just pulled out the electabuzz and k.o. the remaining abra and drowsies. He never stood a chance. That’s when he pulled out his surfing pikachu, said “this card is worth more than you!!!”, stole my Dr. pepper and ran off. I hurt him, bad….

Me vs. very annoying kid

I don’t know why I played this kid He had a bad deck, a overly sarcastic attitude and a short attention span. I beat four of his pokemon by turn six with a kadabra and he forfeited when some guy with a dark charizard for trade came in. in short he sucked

Me vs. almost as annoying kid not quite

Well he wasn’t really that annoying but his friends were. They all played with the same deck and arron had his first win against him so I just whipped him with just two electabuzzs easy win.

Me vs. improved arron

Well he put in 2 movie pikachus, 1 jungle pikachu, and two raichus. I still beat him horribly but he managed to take down a kadabra and chancy in the process hes improving.

Props and slops:

Props: to total access games for being the best gaming store that I know of.

Props: To moby for making a great cd

Slops: to top deck for not making the dark charizard a promo, what a gyp. Plus for adding yet another fossil pack into the magazine not a team rocket pack that they did a feature article on.

Slops: To bleacher bum for trying to pass off overpriced packs and singles ($25 for a pack of team rocket Japan, $30 for a non-holo vileplume, ludicrous!!!!)
