Hey Pojo!
I was trying my latest deck called         Savage Overgrowth, i tried it out
at toy'r'us in brownsville ,tx  there were around 30 people and japenese
cards were allowed.I call it the Savage Overgrowth because it's based on the
overgrowth theme deck but i tweaked it a little.

Here's the deck

13 grass energy
9 water energy

pokemon
4 bulbasaur (good basic)
3 ivysaur (poisonpowder and rocks)
2 venusaur (pokemon power is good)
1 pinsir (awesome basic)
3 weedle (it's decent)
2 kakuna (high hp)
1 beedrill (poisonsting )
1 lapras (confuse ray is good)
2 giovanni's magkarp (best magkarp)
1 rocket magkarp (awesome ability)
2 gyrados (dragon rage)
trainers
1 computer search (look for what you need)
2 pokemon breeders(skip stage 1)
2 pokemon traders (get the pkm you need)
1 bill (speed up the deck a bit)
2 professor oak (get's you a fresh hand)
2 pokecenters (damage healing)
2 gow (for fast k.o's)
2 energy retrival (get energy back)
2 lass (oppenent's trainers are gone)
total:60 cards
in case you were wondering what the magkarp do , the rocket magkarp has 30hp
and 1(c) jump around 10 damage and for 3 water look for a evoulotion of
magikarp and attach it to magkarp.
Also givonni's magikarp ,does 40 for 1 water but you have to lands heads on
the flip and can only be used once and has another attack similar to fury
swipes put you need 1 water and 1 colorless and it also has 30hp.
Now on with the report.

1st match me vs. danny with psychic assuault or psychic/fighting

i open up with a weedle as my active and bublasaur and my benched and he had
a  chan  active and abra beched.i won the toss so i went first,i had a
ivysaur ,breeder,trader,gyrados and 3 grass energy so i used the trader  and
traded ivysaur for venusaur attached a grass to bulasaur and told him to
go.he attached a phychic energy to abra and he was done.i drew a bill used it
then i got a giovanni's magikarp put it down attached a grass to bulbasaur
the used breeder to evole it to venusaur,his turn he drew his card used bill
the attached another psychic enery to abra the evoled it to bad kadabra, then
told me to go, i drew another grass energy attached it to venusaur the evoled
giovanni's magikarp to gyrados then told him to go, he drew his card then
used pokemon trader and traded alakzam for movie mewtwo and put it on his
bench, and attached a fighting energy  on chan and jabed me, my turn i drew a
professor oak, used it and drew 3 water energy's 1 grass 1 lass a laprass and
a energy retrival. i attached another grass to venusaur by this time he is
fully powered,his turn attached a pshcic energy to mewtwo and jabed me so
weedle was k.o and i put veusaur as my active, my turn drew a pinsir and
attached a water energy to gyrados and put pinsir on my bench and solar
beamed him , it was like that the rest of the matched except when he nearly
k.oed venusaur and i had to energy trans to pinsir and when pinsir was k.oed
gyrados won me the game with his dragon rage.

2nd match me vs. danny again

to make a long story short it was the same as last time except i got gyrados
out earlier and he won me most of my prize's.

3rd match

me vs. my bro bo with grass and fire

i drew a ok hand and had pinsir , bulbasaur and giovanni's magikarp and put
the magikarp as my active and pisir and bulabaur on my bench, he had a
charmander as his active and a nidoran female on his bench,i won the toss so
i went first and drew a ivysaur and attached a water energy to magikarp and
used dragon's memory and landed heads and k.oed his charmander and i drew
gyrados as my prize, his turn he put nidoran female as his active and put
when he did that i realized he had no prized so i won oh well.

me vs. ??? with stall deck

i played this guy before with my psychic assault i posted in december's
killer deck's and i nearly lost but this match was different, i won the toss
so i went first and i had bulbasaur on my active and another on my bench
along with  a weedle, i attached a grass to bulbasaur on my bench and i used
pokemon trader and and traded a gyrados for a venusaur since i had a breeder
in my hand and told him to go he had a chansey as his active and one on his
bench along with a mew, this match was preety long since he keeped on
pokecenter keeping his chansey damage free and eventually my fully powered
venusaur keeped the damage comeing but eventually he ran out of pokecenter's
and i k.oed both his chanseys and he sent out a lonely abra, he psyshocked me
hoping to land heads,it landed tails so grined and told him solarbeam and i
won.

me vs. eric with rain dance

i had a pinsir as my active and a bulbasaur as my bench , and in my hand i
had a ivysaur and a venusaur along with 2 grass energy's and a lass, i won
the toss dang i guess the coin was i my favor today or something, and i
attached a grass energy to pinsir and lass and he had to shuffle pokemon
breeder back along with some potion and a switch , then i told him to go, his
turn attached a water eneryg to squirtle and landed heads my turn drew a
grass enery attached it to pinsir and evoled bulbasaur to ivysaur and then i
usen irongrip and landed tails his turn attached a water energy to magikarp
and used squirtle's bubble and landed heads, my turn drew a magikarp and
placed it on my bench and evoled ivysaur to venusaur and told him to go, his
turn put a energy on magikarp and bubbled me and landed tails , my turn drew
bill and drew 1 grass and water energy and placed the grass on venusaur and 
iron griped him, his turn sent out a magikarp when i though i had this thing
won he evoled it to gyrados but didn't have enough energy to dragon rage me
(phew!) so i went and drew a grass energy placed it on venusaur and used
energy trans and placed 2 more grass energy's on pinsir and guillotine and
won due to gyrados weakness to grass and has no more basic.

so it was a ok day at the pokemon league and i had fun, but i am thinking of
replacing the weedle's with pinsir and the kakuna's with scyther and the
beedrill with venusaur and taking out the lapras and put in a misty's gyrados
which does 70 damage for 4 water and its poke power is you can change gyrados
resitance to any type other than colorless but you have to flip two coins and
if there both tails you shuffle gyrados and any attached cards to your deck.

props to all of my oppents for being goodsports,except my bro.

props to danny for giving me a ride to and from the league.

slops to my bro. for being mad just because he forgot his prizes.
slops to the one of the gym leaders there for playing april fool's jokes on
me , like telling me  he wouldn't give me my points for my wins and saying he
was going to tear my book in  half.
slops for the gym leader saying we have to wait next week to earn holigraphic
mew .
