I went to a Pokemon League Event at a local book store, I brought my new
Metronome deck, I wanted to test it out. (Oh, and they started offering the HO
LO promo Mews, you need 250 points, nd if you get 500 you can get 2. When I
played this time, I did something a little strange, every match I played
sudden death, where we each only have 1 prize. Well without further adue:

    MATCH 1 vs Dan with Psychic Deck
I opened with an electabuzz to his Base set Gastly. I went first, attached an
Electric energy to Electabuzz and used Thundershock, no paralyze. He puts
down a Base set Mewtwo and a Mr. Mime, retreats Gastly for free for Mime,
attaches a psy energy and says go. I draw a Plus Power, attach it to
Electabuzz and Thundershock with paralyze. He attaches an energy to Mime and
let's me go, I thundershock with no paralyze. He retreats Mime for Gastlt,
attaches a Psy energy to it, and successfully uses sleeping gas. luckily, I
wake up for my turn, attack a DCE and thunderpunch a victory... (1-0)
    MATCH 2 vs Steven with rainbow deck
His deck was strange, and illeagal. It was just a combination of 2 theme
decks? But I played him anyway, it took him three tries just to get a Basic.
He opened with Psyduck to my Electabuzz, went first and Fury swiped with 3
HEADS and did 30. I attached an electric energy to Buzz, played a defender,
(just in case) and thundershocked for 20 (weakness) and no paralyze. He went,
fury swiped, got 2 heads dealing 0 damage, the defender. I attached another L
energy and thunder punched, another win (2-0)
    MATCH 3 vs Brittni with Psych Out theme dack
This went fast, I opened Chansey against Jynx. I went first, attached a DCE
and and scrunched with a heads. She went, couldn't do anything so she let me
go. I attached another DCE and Double-Edge gave me another victory (3-0)
    MATCH 4 vs kid (I forgot his name)
He was playing a raindance (I think) In was Buzz vs his Kangaskhan and
benched squirtle. Also in my hand was a Clefable, a GOW, 2 Plus Power, and 2
L Energies. I go first, Energy to Electabuzz gust Squirtle, 2 Plus powers and
I win again... (4-0)
    MATCH 5 vs Brent with Aerodactyl Fighting deck
This was my last Match of the day, against my best friend. I don't quite
remember what happened, but I opened with a scyther and a benched scyther to
his ditto and mysterious fossil... I ended up winning (5-0)
    It was a goog day, and I think I'll stick with this deck from now on...
