This deck had many different ways to play it. It usually depends on the
draw you get. One of the best is at least one Mewtwo, 2 psychic energy
and an Oak. That way you can Oak it, attach energy and energy absorb. You
just put on 3 energy in one turn! Second turn you can start phyburning
away! Or you can trow out a Chan man and jab. Its incredible how many
pokemon have weakness to fighting!Something I've noticed about many
peoples decks are that a lot of them depend on evolving to get their
strong pokemon. That why I put in Areodactyl. As you know, the pokemon
power he has makes it unable for anyone to evolve while Areodactyl is in
play. I belive this pokemon power to be taken for granted. More than 90%
of the people I play moan and groan when I slap one of those bad boys on
the table. The other 10% just exclaim, "Ha Ha, all my pokemon are basic".
But so are all of mine, with the exception of Areodactyl.

Today I've come down to the Gym Heros Prerelease Tourney at my Pokemon
League. The way they're doing it is that they give everyone a slip of
paper in which you can record up to 13 battles. At the end of the league,
they tally up the points and see who has the most. A win is 2 points and
a loss is 1. I've been having a lot of good luck with my deck, lets see
how far it goes...

Battle #1 Vs. friend Earth (yes, that's his name)
Earth was using a poison deck, with grimers/koffings ect. Plus a few
colorless. He threw out a koffing with a fossil and a rocket evee on the
bench. Thew out a Chan man with a mewtwo and a Mr.Mime on the bench. This
was easy! Couple of jabs to the koffing and one for his fossil. Finally a
Special punch to the Evee.   Score-2

Battle #2 Vs. friend Mariah
This was a bad one. Ghost deck. My deck crapped out on me. I had a mewtwo
out and she had a fossil gastly out. She licked, evolved, Sleep, Evolve
again and Dark mind. Score-3

Battle #3 Vs. Steven
He had electric, I had chans. Nuff' said. Score-5

Battle #4 Vs. Boy I know
He was using a raindance deck. I used lots of computer search/ item
finder to get oaks, gusts of winds, and pluspowers. I Phyburned his
blastoise to death before he could get a chance to get water energy. I
then remember him exclaiming "this is when i really hate you!" Score-7

Battle #5 Vs. Dumb Kid
This guy had serious problems. He had real trouble with pokemon powers.
He couldn't figure out ditto's, Mr.mime's, Bastoise's, or any pokemon's
for that matter. He whipped out A ditto with a fossil and a caterpie in
his bench. I killed everything with Chan man. Score-9

Battle #6 Vs. Smart Kid
Wow. This guy just plain had a better deck than mine. With all his scoop
ups i couldn't knock out but a few pokemon. And all the item finders and
computer searches! Ahh!! I lost. Score-10
(my last loss)

Battle #7 Vs. Friend John
John's not a bad player, but unfortunately for him, he didn't get the
right cards. He opened with a fossil with a phyduck and squirtle in
bench. I burned the fossil and he evolved. Phyduck to Golduck and
squirtle, breeder to bastosie. He sent 3 water to golduck, leaving his
blastoise for clean phy burning. I gust of wind, and did the same thing
as in #4. Then took care of golduck. Score-12

Battle #8 Vs. ???
I should have kept notes. All I can remember is I won. Score-14

Battle #9 Vs. Friend Earth
Earth wanted another go at it. So I played him. He used the same deck.
guess what happened... Score-16

Battle #10 Vs. Friend Destiny
She was using a wiggly deck. I slapped a areodactyl down and led my chans
and my lee and a march. Score-18

Battle #11 Vs. ???
Sorry for my bad memory, but all i can remember is i won. Score-20

Battle #12 Vs. Sister Rosemarie
I thought I'd battle my little sis' and get a quick win. I was right, she
was using a deck with lots of colorless. Scrore-22

Battle#13 Vs. Sister Rosemarie
Time was running short and I needed one more win. My sister offered to
battle one more time.
Score-24

Whoo! I am tired! I went to put my battle record and points in at the
last minute. I Went off for a few minutes while the gym leader tallied
the points. I came back... And first place goes to.... Kevin!! Kevin? I
know that guy. I always beat him, gut I didn't play him today. And Second
place goes to... Charles Sweet!! All my friends cheered as I was given my
boosters. Well, Kevin was awarded 14 Gym Heros boosters and a Prerelease
Seadra. I was given 10 Gym Heros Boosters and a Prerelease searda. I
don't think its that bad. 2nd place out of 35 people. I ended up asking
Kevin how he did so well. He said "I just stayed away from all the good
players" (lol)When I finally opened my boosters I OOed and AAHHed at all
the new cards. But there's one thing that bothers me. Did you know that
misty's goldeen is rare? You get a 50/50 chance of doing 30 damage. Thats
it! A very bad card if I do say so myself.
