About
25 People
Well this is my Deck that
I use all the time. It seems good because its only lost six times since i've
had it and I've played about 150 battles since I made this deck I've had it for
about five months now and I finally decided to let this deck out to the people.
I was a little cautious about this getting out but I decided people should be
able to get a better Haymaker. Like replacing Machop with Rocket Mankey which
can do 40 damage for only two energies, replacing one (Base Set) Hitmonchan for
a Team Rocket's Hitmonchan (which really saves me sometimes) and Getting rid of
Scyther which I think is a waste of my time for a voltorb to get rid of some
energies. Well here it is!
The Hip Baker
4 (Rocket) Voltorb
4 (Rocket) Mankey
3 (Base Set) Hitmonchan
1 Team Rocket's Hitmonchan
4 Electrabuzz
4 Bill
2 Item Finder
4 Pluspower
1 Super Energy Removal
2 Energy Removal
3 Prof. Oak
3 Gust Of Wind
12 Fighting Energies
10 Electric Energies
1 Double Colorless Energies
I have to admit that I am writing this one day after pokemon
league so some of the details are fuzzy. I battled so much I'll only put in my
losses and four wins I remember. Hey I battle exactly twenty-eight people that
night. Well here goes!
Me vs Rain Dance
We flip, he wins. He sends out a Squirtle I send out Electrabuzz
and put Hitmonchan on my bench. He
attaches an energy to Squirtle and uses Bubble Beam Paralyzes me and does it
again next turn while also attaching an energy. I keep on only attaching
energies to Hitmonchan and saying its his turn. He evolves attaches pluspower
or something I forget, and then he knocks out Electrabuzz. I send out
Hitmonchan use Special Punch with pluspower and he evolves attaches around
three energies and then a pluspower and kills me I lose. 0-1 (At this point)
Me vs Rain Dance
(Rematch)
We flip, he wins. Same thing happens basically except i end up
getting two Rocket Mankeys out and he wins. This is why I never battle Rain
Dance, expecially his becuse its like a Haymaker/Raindance Deck. 0-2 (Now I'm mad)
Me vs Kevin (my friend's
Lawnmower Deck, Fighting/Electric)
We flip, he wins. He sends out Machop I send out Hitmonchan he
attacks me I attach an energy use Jab thats all that happens, I knock out his
Machoke, a Bulbasaur, a Venonat, a Venusaur and he runs out of pokemon I win. 1-2 (Now I'm getting my pride back)
Me vs Kevin (Sudden Death
(Just for Fun))
We flip, I win (finally). He sends out Machop I send out Mankey. I
attach an energy, say done. He has no energies. My turn I attach an energy use
Anger does 40. He goes does 20. I knock his Machop out. Hes out of pokemon. I
win. 2-2
Me vs Neo Kid (Colorless Deck)
Now this kid had alot of neo cards so I don't know if he was
lying. He had like Togepi's Evoloution in it and stuff. I won anyway. I earned
enough points there for a Promo Eevee Yeah. 2-2
Me vs Sponge
Deck (Psychic/Electric)
This
battle was the last battle I did. I won the Flip. He had a Mewtwo, I sent out
Hitmonchan. This battle would take me about three pages to write but this is
the last battle I remember clearly. His turns lasted about ten minutes each (ok
maybe 3 min. but it seemed like forever because pokemon league was over by the
time his third turn was over) and I was angry because he had one of my
weaknesses. This battle is mostly full of me stalling in odd ways I can't even
explain. But I used Gust of Wind and stuff got him mad almost lost but came
back and destroyed him with my Team Rocket's Hitmonchan and my Electrabuzz. By now I had got 26-2
Props
to Toy's R' Us for holding the tournament
Slops
to my Mortal Enemy who got away with 15 booster packs
Slops
to that Kid with the Raindance who stopped my 32 game winning streak and made
me add two to my loss record.
