Hi Pojo! On January 5, 2000 I went to a tournement at M&W Cards and Gems.
There was about 50-60 people there. I got 2nd place, here is my deck;

Round 1-Ian(Me) v.s. Pervert Kid
I'm just really glad I beat this kid fast.He started the battle by saying
"Suck me sideways" and continued doing that throughout the battle. He had a
machop out and that's it, I sent out Mr. Mime with a Mewtwo on my bench. I
went first, used Bill got 2 psychic and attached one to Mr. Mime and went to
his turn he used a plus power and used low kick for 30. My turn I used
another energy on Mime and used meditate for 20 and he low kicked again for
the kill. I sent out mewtwo and used Absobtion got Mime's energy back. Used
another low kick for 20. I used Psyburn killed him, game!

Me v.s. kid who thinks everyone cheats
He started by warning me not to cheat. He had no basics and mulligined 3
times before getting a base gastly. I went 1st and sent out Mewtwo I attached
psychic and by the 5th turn he was out.

Me v.s. Giant Teen
This kid is frickin' huge but he was polite. He went 1st and sent out 
drowzee against my fossil gastly. he pounded for 10 and i licked and
paralyzed him. He used full heal and pounded again. I evolved and used
hypnosis, he put down a down an ekans. I evolved and killed with Dark Mind 
and did 10 to ekans, he put a grass on ekans and evolved and poisoned gengar
and I killed ekans for the win.

Round 4- me v.s Kid who was really mean looking
This kid was just a dick to me for some unapparent reason. I sent out drowzee
against his scyther he put on a DCE on scyther and killed my drowzee on his
3rd turn, I lose :(

Final Round- Me v.s monotone girl
She mulliguned 4 times and lost automatically. I was hoping to finish the
tornement with a bit more of a fight. But she was real nice about it, I'd
expect when that happens people they'd be pretty pissed.

I tied with 3 other people for 2nd place and got $10 and a First Edition
Fossil Booster in which i got a Kubutops. I bought another fossil pack with
the ten( they're kinda pricey) and got a Ditto.

Props- To the Giant Teen for being polite and a good sport.And to the
monotone girl for the same reason.

Slops- To The other 3 kids I played thery were bad sports and sore
winner/losers
