Hey Scott, just decided to send in a report by memory. I will give you 3 game
reports for the ones I remember the most. First off let me give you the deck:
"Light Speed"
3Electabuzz
3Scyther
3Mr.Mime
3Jigglypuff
2Wigglytuff
2Movie Mewtwo
4Bill
3Prof. Oak
3Super Energy Removal
3Gust of Wind
2Mr. Fuji
2Computer Search
2Item Finder
2PlusPower
2Scoop Up
9Psychic Energy
8Electric Energy
4Double Colorless Energy
The main strategy is to tear up your opponents by using very strong Pokemon.
It can stall you if necessary, also. Iv played this deck for 4 weeks now and
have gone 20-1. The lose was of decking myself. Well this deck is very
versitial, beating WigglyWave decks to Raindance decks. I really have enjoyed
playing this deck and suggest that people try it. Well i could go on and on
about this deck but, it'd take forever and my memory is terrible....
Place:Bookland (Different room..not the dinky shop, and KB toyworks same
place different time)
Time: Bookland (10-12) KB (12:30-230)
At bookland I'm considered one of the best and at KB theres always less
people and the Gym sucks. The one at Bookland is awsome though...
Game1(Not in any particular order...just the Featured games)V.S. Gregg, Gym
Leader at Bookland Fossil WigglyWave
I had been very cocky around Gregg that day and he was gonna
see if I
dish out what i take. At the begining of the match i threw out Jiggly and him
Scyther. I lullabied Scyther a couple times just to stall for cards. He soon
got Hitmonchan and Magmar (Fossil) out later on. I was dishing about an
average of 30 a turn with Scyther,Movie Mewtwo and Electabuzz(Not tryin to be
mean but.....I HATE when people call ElectAbuzz ElectRabuzz..uh-hum, back to
the report..). Mewtwo got me 3 prizes leaving him with at a
6-2 prize disadvantage. I Fuji'd Mewtw for more cards while I finished up his
other guys with Wiggly. Good game...the only bad thing that happend was that
I was stripped from a Gyrados. Some lil brat probably took it..... (Gregg was
playing a Mark Woodworth deck A.K.A. WoodWorth. Well i kinda made mine like
his but i added Mime for depth)
Game2 V.S.Girl (Sorry dont know your name)with Gyrados/Dewgong mix
I started with Jiggly again to her lonely Seal. I pounded
away as she
layed down energy. Once she had 40 damage and had 2 energy on she evolved
into Dewgong. I stripped Dewgong and smelt victory. Her turn, she layed down
a Lickitunge. I finished off Dewgong and she sent out Lickitunge. At this
point Jiggly had 20 damage and I had a fully charged Scyther. She tounge
wrapped with paralysis. I evolved to Wiggly and dished 30. This went on and
on until I killed that darn Lickitunge. She had a Gyrados waiting in the
wings that finished off my Wiggly with one Dragon Rage. I promoted Scyther
and delt 70 with a PlusPower and had SER her. I let loose on the Blue Dragon
and she sent out Lickitunge. Oh no!! Not another!! Well for about 8 turns she
was able to stall until he died. My Mewtwo was ussless. Near the end i had
Oaked 4 times with an Item Finder and billed 3 times. My deck was very low on
cards. She had Gyrados to my Movie Mewtwo..i Energy Obsorbed and let loose
next turn with Psyburn. I also had Mr.Mime waiting for his cue. She Super
Potioned and i drew my next card which was my last. I conceded with one prize
left....>:(
Game3 V.S. Ryan with Hitmonlee/chan/Scyther and Dodrio line
I felt sorry for Ryan. Since October I had been going to the
league and
he could never beat me. Well this game was wild. Scott...if you thought your
lonely Ponyta was bad....I started with Jiggly to his Chan and Jiggly was all
alone!!OUCH!! Chan nipped Jiggly and smacked him up for 40. I drew Scyther
and layed him on the bench. I Scooped him and promoted Scyther. He brought
out Mime so i was forced to retreat. He brought Chan back up and killed
Jiggly. He then promoted Hitmonlee to gain 2 more prizes. My Mime dished out
80 at the end, but he promoted a damaged Mime. I retreated brought and
brought out buzz to finish off the Clown. My Movie Mewtwo came in late, but
better late then never. He ate Hitmonchan, Hitmonlee and Doduo with a
PlusPower for the victory. Nice try Ryan!!
This was one of my favorite weeks at Bookland. I did some trading and was
stripped away from a Gyrados. That really ticks me off...but oh well its just
a game :). I was awarded a TM for beating Gregg and was also honored the 3rd
badge for getting so many points. I was 4-1 with Gregg and he says I'm the
best there. I dont know about that. Another kid named Steven comes and he
beats me 3/4's of the time, but he can never beat Gregg! So we'll just keep
playin to see who REALLY is the best.
Props and Slops
Props to Gregg for always organizing the league.
Props to Scott for Postin those killer deck reports.
Props and Slops to Scott for makin that darn Potpouri deck. Even in the hands
of a 6 year old it can be distructive. Why the Props? I can also dish out
damage with that deck....but i have to much Pride to post a deck report on
someone else's deck. But its still good. Great job Scott!!
Slops to that darn LICKITUNGE!! CURSE YOU!!! CURSE ALL LICKITUNGE AND CHANSEY
COINS!! Except for my own...hehehe
Slops to me for leaving my January and February issues of The Pojo Magazine
at the mall...Hopefully Ryan has it and returns them. I didnt even get to
read the February issue i had just boughten!!!! grrr....
You can check out my other reports...1 December one and 1 January. The
December one is called "Fossil Haymaker" and the January is
"Super Energy
Denial" I really dish it out on Scott with that one...but he's still cool.
Thanks for readin and PLEASE send fixes, ideas, and especially comments to
