my name is Chaz Hobson. The pokemon leage was held at toys r us in E.
Brunswick NJ on 2/12/00. it was my first tourney. there were about 15 kids
there and no adults.
well heres my deck...

14 pokemon
3 magmar(good starters)
3 electabuzz(i use them in the middle of the game)
3 mr mime( use them on powerful guys like chrizard or blastoise, but i want
to replace them with promo mewtwos)
2 scyther( my fav good in any deck)
1 kangaskahn (good staller and card dealer. the other attack is ok)
2 lickitung (my favorite staller)

Trainers 19

2 ser (good to stop energy hogs)
3 e rem (just like ser but smaller)
3 gow (gust in weak guys or guys with no energy)
3 bill (card advantage)
1 oak (i  had 2, but i decked myself too much)
3 plus pow ( if your desperate to kill a pokemon)
2 e ret ( if im energyless i have to use)
1 gambler ( prevents decking)
1 scoop up ( doesnt let the other player to take a prize)

the purpose of the deck is to kill fast and to stall if needed.

me v psy deck
lets just say i had a mime against fully charged promo mewtwos.  think about
it. who won???

me v all types deck
he didnt get 1 energy to attack! i killed him off with a scyther.

me v fighting/electric
this was the most decent deck i played there.  he almost beat me with his
hitmonchan but i got out a scyther!

me v charizard deck
i let this gut get charizard and the destroyed him with mime.  he had 3
charizards out!  but mime handled them.

me v potporri w/ magmar
this lasted a long time. he killed all my scyther with his magmar. all i had
were my 2 lickitungs out.  this is where my stalling came in. when he almost
killed licki, i scooped it up! gambler also stopped me from decking.  he
lost!! decked himself

i think this deck is good because it has to themes. to kill fast and to
stall. if one fails you have the other themme to back it up.
