This tournament was n at Toys

This tournament was n at Toys"r" us Sydney Australia on 2/12/00.There were 35 people there.
Any way I have changed my deck from last time because Jason5767 E-mailed me.
Here it is

For each win you get 3 points ,the top 8 after 5 rounds go to the Quarter finals. If you were not in top 8 you would be eliminated .If you made it there and lost to someone you would also be out.

Round 1 Me versus Jake with a Charizard deck.
He was a dumb kid who ahd 4 of each char Pokemon.
It opened normal Magmar versus my Grimer i won the toss and put down grass then used nasty goo with paralyze.
He had 0 energy so it was my go.The same thing happened
for the next couple of turns until I got a Muk!!!!!!!!!.
I had 3 energy on him so I sludged to Ko the Magmar.
Soon after i drew a Scyther and started charging it up
while Muk and 3 Charmanders were battling.
I did not need bill or pluspower cause he had no energy and weak basics.But when i had 1 prize left got a fossil magmar and 2 energy.Smokescreen fainted Muk but Scyther and 2 energy removals won it.

Round 2 Me versus Lisa with electric deck
She mulliganed 2 times at the start then sent out a base
Pikachu.I got 2 Scyther ,3 Grass energy, 1 colorless
energy,1 Koffing and and the 2 computer search.
I won the toss put down grass swords dance her go ,she
used gnaw my go dbl energy down 60 and win by no basics.
Win (2-0) 6 points

Round 3 me versus Prophecy deck
The kid told me at the start this deck had

4 Drowzee
4 Hypno
52 Psy Energy.

He got to go first but he only had a lone Drowzee
which he would soon evolve.The match went like this
Hypno Ko'ed Scyther and koffing .Then my Ivysaur beat
hypno then Venusaur and pinsir came out and beat 2 more Drowzee but then Hypno beat Pinsir but I had Solarbeamed with Pluspower for 70 then Koffing poisoned it he had 0
benched pokemon or trainers so i won this.
Win (3-0) 9 points

Round 4 Nick with Exeggutor deck again
To make this short he took out the Caterpie line and put in 3 Koffing 1 Weezing.On the 3rd turn he used
Selfdestruct with his Weezing to beat my Pinsir and get a draw due to no basics.
Win (3-0-1) Points 10

Round 5 Eddey with mono Blackout
This was a fun fight because he had a fairly competetive
deck.It had 2 Blastoise 3 Dragonair 4 Hitmonchan and 4 farfecth'ed.I opened with bulbasaur against Squirtle.
I won the toss layed down grass his go he did bubble no
Paralyze my go so put put Scyther on the bench then used a bill.I got two grass so i put one down leech seed 20.
This happens for 4 more turns (He had 3 Squirtle)
Until I get breeder and Pinsir with Bill to use the
Venubeam to beat Squirtle NO3.He sent out 2 dragonair
and a Farfecth'ed but he only got 2 Energy which i removed so my 2 Venusaur used Solarbeam to get the win.
Win (4-0-1) Points 13.

It was 1st against 8th
2nd against 7th and so on.

Me versus Blaine Fire deck
This the second time I have gone against people with gym leader names.
He was lucky to get here really because the only good card he had was Moltres.To make a long story short I got 3 Scyther 2 Muk and koffing to take out 2 Magmar Moltres and Ninetails and 2 Vulpix with high damage and confusin attacks. He had no full heals so this was Easy.
Win (5-0-1)

Semi finals Me versus My brother Nick.
2nd time today I had to fight him.
We opened with My bulbasaur vs his exeggcute ,we used leech seed for a couple of turns until i breeded Venusaur.I had 3 energy on him then i layed down 1 more and Solarbeamed.Prize 1.I had Scyther and Grimer on the bench.
He used koffing then used 2 bill and 2 oak which he got 3 energy and an Exeggutor.He put one on Exeggutor.My go I Solarbeamed dead koffing .
He put down 1 more energy and did 40.I used energy removal , bill and Pluspower for 70.He used big eggplossion 20 damage. I solarbeamed to get Prize 3. He had to use abra then used 2 more bill.He had 1 more card left in his deck so he decked himself.
Win (6-0-1)

Final Me vs Darren with Gengar Moltres deck.
Holy sh*t My decks worst nightmare.
Anyway here is the match.
We started with Scyther versus Base Gastly.
I won the toss put down grass sword dance his go.He did nothing my go.I used dbl energy for 60.Dead gastly.
Later he had a Moltres with 4 energy while Scyther beat
1 Gastly and 1 Haunter.Once he used Moltres and fainted Scyther I sent out a Fully powered Muk.I sludged with pluspower for 40 and poison.He hit Dive bomb for 80 twice fainting Muk and Koffing.
I sent out 4 energy Ivysaur used Computer search and then the 20 minute time limit ran out.It was a 3 all tie.

I came tied 1st
And got $50 and 3 Team rocket boosters.One had a Bad Holo Charizard.

Japanese cards were allowed.

There was a two hour time limit so there was no sudden death battles only draws.
