Hey pojo, what's up? I just entered a tourney on Saturday Feb 26. I played
at Mega Comics in Gainesville, FL. It was single-elimination, and jap. cards
were allowed. There were 30 people. Anyway, here's the deck;

TEAM ROCKET'S HITMONCHAN- 60 HP, 1 retreat, weakness = psy
   1st attack   (R)  Counter- during your opponents next turn if they attack
you flip a coin if heads do double damage done back to the defending pokemon
even if hitmonchan is knocked out
   2nd attack  (R)(R)(C) Super Punch            50 damage

Now onto the report!

Round 1
~Aeromaker~ vs. haymaker
   i got a scyther out late in the game and all he could find was hitmonchan

Round 2
~Aeromaker~ vs. grass/psy
   This deck was a bit more difficult mainly because my rock types were weak
to her Psychic types. Fortunately my aerodactl was able to stop her high
evolving Psy types.

Round 3
~Aeromaker~ vs. Raindance
   This one was a cinch with electabuzz against his Horseas and Seadra, YES
HORSEA AND SEADRA. I demolished this deck.

Round 4
~Aeromaker~ vs. Fire
   This kid was one of those snooty rich kids with lots of cards but
absolutly no skill. Although my deck had no advantags to his I had to just
battle it out with what I had. All of my Scythers had a nice and formal
funeral. My Hitmonchans had no mercy for this kids useless Ponytas and crap
like that.

Round 5
~Aeromaker~ vs. energy removal
   This one wasn't as hard mainly because of my aerodactyl early on. Bye bye
dratini!
Win

Championship
~Aeromaker~ vs. potpourri
   One of the most difficult matches i have ever had. After he had oaked
twice, he had a dominating force no one could stop. My teams of scythers and
electabuzzs were no match for his magmars, kangaskhans, and mr. mimes. At
the very end of the game, i noticed his deck only had something like 8 cards
left. I stalled with a few electabuzz's thundershock attacks. he eventually
decked.
WIN THE TOURNAMENT

well for my second tournament (first with this deck) I think i did well. I
won three 1st ed packs, basic, jungle, and fossil. in the basic i got an
ALAKAZAM!!!, the jungle a HOLO SCYTHER!!!, and the fossil a non-holo zapdos.
