DECK STRATEGY
The strategy of my deck is to put the defending pokemon to sleep
and
then knock out there benched pokemon. I use Jigglypuff, Wigglttuff,
Clefairy, Ghastly, and Haunter to put their pokemon to sleep, and then
use my Gengar to put the hurt on their bench.
Another option I have with my deck is puting the defending pokemon
to
sleep and then using pokemon such as Snorlax, Kangaskhan, and Dragonite
to put the hurt on their, now asleep, active pokemon.
THE TOURNAMENT
Match 1 (me vs. Emmit's water deck)
The pokemon that I drew to start were 1-Jigglypuff and 1-Haunter,
the
rest were psychic energy. I won the coin toss and layed down Jigglypuff
and an energy, while my opponant layed down an Articuno with an energy.
I drew a full heal, and ended my turn by doing lullaby with Jigglypuff.
It turned out that my opponant had full heals in his deck also, for he
used one on Articuno and layed down another energy. Then he was done.
His Articuno eventually knocked out my Jigglypuff, and I had no more
basic pokemon.
~record 0-1
Match 2 (me vs. Anna's fighting deck)
The only pokemon that I got to start was a Dratini. I also drew a
double colorless and the rest psychic energies. She won the coin toss
and layed down a geodude with an energy and and knocked out my Dratini
in one move with stone barrage! She beat me on the first move, for I had
no more basic pokemon. WOW!
~final record 0-2
