Hey Pojo, I recently went to a tourny a week ago after I won te tourny with
my Psituff deck! Well, I decided to give it a makeover to a point where it
was more like a Psychic Haymaker. Though it has Gengar, Mr.Mime, Mewtwo
(promo), and Kangaskhan. I finished 1st by a hair over a well made Haymaker
Potpourri. I played at Megaplay videogames in Houston Texas at 2:00.

It was Swiss style (thank God) and 4 rounds and then the top 4 witht he best
record go to semi-finals, then finals. Here is the report:

Round 1 versus Rasheed
Don't you hate playing kids that don't know what they are doing? Well, he had
a deck that was fire an water. It was the stupidest deck ever.
Game 1: He started with a Squirtle as a starter when he had a Magmar on his
bench (idiot). I had the best hand with a professor Oak, Mewtwo, Mr.Mime and
a Gastly. I put down my Pokemon, Gastly the starter, then use comp search and
give up an energy and a GOW. I get out a Kangaskhan and use it to fetch for
more cards. It didn't take very long, I beat him byt he fifth turn with
mewtwo.
Game 2: He started with a lone Shellder. I started with Mewtwo. Once again,
he lost on the third turn.
Record: 1-0-0

Round 2 versus Joshua

Haymaker. I hate these! It was Electabuzz, Ditto, Hitmonlee, Hitmonchan and
Scyther. I lost due to the fact Mr.Mime had to face a Hitmonchan all by his
lonesome.

Game 1: I draw a Kangaskhan and thats it. I keep fetching away while his
Hitmonchan jabs away. I died the third turn.
Game 2: It got serious this time. I had Mewtwo and Gastly as starters. This
match actually drew a crowd it was so intense. I had Gengar out by third turn
and killed off Hitmonlee with it. He killed off my Mewtwo with his Scyther.
He was up 4 prizes to 3. I drew a Mewtwo and retreated my very beat up
Gengar. I didn't want to put down my Kangaskhan due to the fact he had a
fully charged Hitmonlee on his bench.  I used energy absorption. He slashes.
I GOW on Hitmonlee then Psyburn for 80. Now I put down Kanga. We were tied
5-5 when My Gengar did Curse on Hitmonchan followed by dark mind. Game.
Game 3: This one was also intense. I had 2 Kangaskhans, 2 gengars, Mewtwo and
Mr.Mime by the 5th turn! Unfortunatley he had 2 Dittos, Hitmonlee, 2 Scyther,
and a Hitmonchan too. He draws an Electabuzz and hammers away at Gengar. I
Dark Mind like hell but couldn't last long against Electabuzz. I came out
pissed against Electabuzz with Mewtwo who murdered him in two moves.  Then
came out Himtonlee for a High Jump Kick to Mewtwo which knocked him out. I
send out Gengar again which does Dark Mind. It was an all out war but we were
tied 5-5 when my little lonesome Mr.Mime faced Hitmonchan. He jabbed twice
for the game. Dammit!
Record: 1-1-0

Round 3 versus Alfonso
I think that was his name. Well, he played Rain Dance which I could kill
fairly easily.
Game 1: He had a fully charged Blastoise on the third turn. I was yawning the
whole game. Mr.Mime fended him off and won the game for me. Blastoise was his
lone Pokemon.
Game 2: Mewtwo won this one on the Third turn. He played a lone Squirtle. I
attatched three energies and won.
Record:2-1-0

Round 4 versus Michael
A moron who had a 0-3 record. He played a Rainbow deck.
Game 1:
He started a Growlithe and Zapdos (basic) on the bench. I started Mr.Mime. He
kept putting Pokemon down yet couldnt find energy. He had a Charmander,
Squirtle, Arcanine, zapdos and a Bulbasaur out. This was sad. I used Mewtwo
to beat him.
Game 2: He was disqualified when the judge caught him taking a prize without
knocking out one of my Pokemon.
Record:3-1-0

Semifinals versus Gabriel
This kid was tough and was known as one of the toughest in the tourny. He
played a mono-grass deck with Venusaur. He was tough but i pulled through
with Mewtwo.
Game 1: He started with a Scyther and a Pinsir on the bench. He won the toss
so he placed down a Bulbasaur he just got on his draw. He uses Sword's Dance.
I send out Mr.Mime as my active with Gastly on the bench. I Computer Search
for Kangaskhan and start fetching away. On the 4th turn I had a Gengar ready.
I use Professor Oak and Send out a Mewtwo and Energy Absorbtion. He has two
Venusaur's and a Pinsir Fighting Mewtwo. I Psyburn him and He paralyzes me. I
then get nervous. We were tied 4-4 and then Guillotined Mewtwo to pull ahead.
I panicked and sent out Gengar. I Cursed to Scyther and then Dark Minded. Bye
Bye Pinsir. After killing him it was like removing a thorn from my side. He
sends out Venusaur for Solarbeam. Gengar has 20 HP left. I scoop him up to
prevent death and then send out Mewtwo fully charged. I psyburn only to be
solarbeamed again. He thought he was gonna win. I scoop Up mewtwo and send
out Mr.Mime to win.
Game 2: He sends out a lone Bulbasaur which I beat by the third turn with
gastly and mr.mime


Finals versus Stephen
He had a Haymaker Potpourri with Mr.Mime, Electabuzz, and the two Hitmos. I
won by a hair.
Game 1: I start with a solo Mr.Mime, and he starts with Hitmonchan. He jabs
once. I draw a gift from God. Professor Oak. I attatch energy and Oak. I get
Mewtwo, Kangaskhan, and Gastly, with a breeder and Gengar. I evolve Gastly
next turn and do 80 to Hitmonchan. He sends out Hitmonlee. He hopes to draw
another Pokemon but Hitmonlee was all by Himself against his weakness. He
died.
Game 2: I thought I would pull away this game but no. I started gastly
against Hitmonchan and his jabs were ineffective. I thought I had it made
until he pulls Electabuzz. I then prayed for Mewtwo. Mope, wasnt there. I
died after Electabuzz Thundershocked, then Thunderpunched.
Game 3: We had an all out war this game. It was Hitmonchan with the Back up
of 2 hitmonlees against Mewtwo with the backup of a Gastly and Mr.Mime. I
managed to Kill of Hitmonchan but a newly found Electabuzz Thunershocked for
Paralysis. I Then could not back out so he Thunderpunched. I send out a
Gastly and lick for paralysis. He then switches to Hitmonlee. Big mistake. I
evolve to Gengar then Dark Mind. Good bye Himtonlee. It was like that to the
end. I sent out Mewtwo to kill of Hitmonchan and win the tournament.
I got 5 Fossil Boosters, 5 base set boosters and one team rocket booster.
I pulled Muk holo, raichu holo, magneton, kabutops and articuno in the
fossils. Devolution spray, raichu, venusaur, computer search, and alakazam.
In th team rocket booster I was extremely lucky and pulled....HERE COMES TEAM
ROCKET!!!!! Now its time for props and slops.
