I played at Walden Books

I played at Walden Books(again) in Ross Park Mall, Pennsylvania from 6 - 8
PM on Tuesday, July 11. I was late like always, but only by 30 minutes this
time.....anyway, I am still VERY Suprised my Electric Discharge Has Yet to
let me down...I'm proud....

Strategies: 1. Pull Out MP Pickachu and Thunderbolt till they're gone.
                    2. Use Electabuzzes to whup on stuff.
                    3. Use Ditto and fight the Weaknesses
                    4. Stall, Stall, Stall
                    5. Curl Up and die because your fighting Dark Vileplume

This was another legendary (laf) Day for Electric Discharge. I haven't lost
yet, and a friend of min (sorta) used Electric Discharge and won.

Me and Willy (My Bro, yeah yeah Homie Homie. j/k) came into the Lazarus, he
more friendlier ground, I saw that the bed store was done with the free
pillow promotion (dang) and we hurried to Walden Books while my Mom dragged
my Dad into some nice smelling Bath store. Poor Dad. Well, we ran to Walden
Books, walked in, and people swamp me. One little dude wanted from last
week to trade with me, but couldn't, so now we haggled, and it was "Him:
Sabrina's Alakazam, Givovanni's Nidoking, Team Rocket's Scyther, Team
Rocket's Mewto, and Promo Venasuar ( I thinks.) for My:Mint Base Charizard"
Now, despite my belief (EVERY card is incredulously useful to someone) I
have yet to use good ol' Charizard. he said to let him think about it so I
went off to find an opponent. In my opinion this kid would have to be one
of the coolest little dudes there.........

Match 1: Joey with Bad Mono Water Deck
This was an Uneventful lil game, but it was fun. I draw for my first seven,
a Ditto (WHEE!) 2 Electric Energy, 1 Bill, 1PlusPower, 1 Oak, and 1 Potion
Energy. I start, obviously, with my little Pink Blob, he the Prom Queen.
Well, I let him call on the coin, he says Heads, it's Tails. I lay down an
Electric Energy and Horn Attack. He draws, lays down an energy, then Horn
Attacks. I draw. an Oak. I play an Electric Energy on him. I played Bill,
picked up a Computer Search and an Energy Removal. I played PC Search
(discarded Oak and Potion Energy) to grab me a PlusPower. I lay it down,
Oak, grab an Electabuzz, and a Pluspower, along with a Scoop Up, Item
Finder and some Energy (1 Electric and 1 Full Heal Energy) I say, "Sorry
Lil' Dude." smack down the PlusPower then Horn Attack for 30, killing the
Goldeen. I let him know that when I play and win fast, I let my Opponent
take their next card and if it's a basic (and I still have prizes) we'll
keep going. He drew a Water Energy. Oh well.
Record for all games, including this tourney, below first number, which is
the total.

Between Now and Then: Big Mike the Gym Leader came and gave me a ton of
Promo Pika's (Bushy Kind) and PlusPowers. He asked me to make him a deck
that'd be good to use. I decided to take Tyler Grund's Advice and tell him
to try it out himself, because I may make him something he couldn't play
as far as 2 rounds. I immediately helped Lil' Joey, but was CONSTANTLY
interrupted by his "cousin" who claimed to be my age (13) and he looked
like he may have been, being a Britney Spears addict, pulling out his CD
Case and boasting it. "Oops I did it again, I lipsynced it wrong, I need to
learn my own songs....." oh well, less Britney Bashing and more Deck
Report. I had made Joey's deck into an Agility/Hyper Beam/Ice Beam High HP
Pokemon Mono-Water that looked VERY good. So after I left him to be, I
played a little Digimon who cheated, even though I let him slide with easy
warnings and kindness, informing him that if I found him openly cheating, I
would take a prize (Is that only towards counterfeits only?) and he looked
down. It's ok.....

Match 2: Me VS DigiCheater ( He had a Digimon shirt on..)
It was easy. Poliwhirl to Electabuzz (me), Elactabuzz (me) to Squrttle,
Electabuzz (me) to Magikarp. He didn't have a chance, I won 0 prizes to 6.
He deserved it tho'. Cheating in the game is wrong........oh well....

Between Rounds: It had been a side game for me, because I wanted to play
Nikki, and she was busy, noiw she's not. After some haggling, I got my
sorta friend (guy who plays Discharge soon...) to move, only for my brother
to break what he was holding his cards in. I cleaned it up and held onto
them....

Match 3 : Me VS Gym Leader Nikki
Poor Nikki. Got flattened. I wouldn't let her power anything up and I
played my turns to the fullest, because in order for her to know how good I
was, I needed to prove it...I proved it....she had taken a prize, I had
taken 6......

Between Rounds : "I gotta go to the bathroom!" "William hold it.." "I
gotta go now!" so instead of a rematch to Nikki, I get to take my brother
WeeWee. Whee! We went off, I let my sorta Rival/Friend use Electric
Discharge, and when I got back I played the little girl gym leader (Kayla?)
with WigglyPoo and His Not Disney Crew.
I won....but, that's not the point.....
