Hey pojo this is Gelati again with another report. I recently competed in a tourny at a toys r' us store and did very well with this deck. I have sent in this deck before only this is a slightly different one. well i will tell strategy and reports later heres the deck.

 

Pokemon:

2 Abra (basic) (i would have rocket but u need a basic kadabra)

1 Kadabra (basic) (powerhouse, recover is nice too)

1 Gastly (basic) (i like sleep gas)

1 Gastly (fossil) (fair all around)

1 Haunter (basic) (i love dream eater)(powerhouse)

1 Movie Mewtwo (just plain .AWSOME)

2 Machop (basic)

1 Machoke (basic)

1 Machamp (basic) (great but i only use him when i need to)

1 Hitmonchan (AWSOME)

1 Hitmonlee (AWSOME)

1 Ditto (very useful)

1 Jigglypuff (fair all around)

2 Rattata (DON'T LAUGH!!!)

1 Raticate (Great battler)

1 Dratini (basic)

1 Dratini (rocket)

1 Dark Dragonair (Use him to get important evolutions like kadabra and so on)

 

Trainers:

1 Pokemon Trader (use those unneeded pokemon for something)

1 Computer Search (GET needed cards)

2 Pokeball (Get those pokemon)

1 Revive (*in best victor's voice* IT'S ALIVE.....again???)

1 Nightly Garbage Run (ummmm....excuse me, no decking here!!!)

1 Plus Power (Super Attacks)

1 Defender (save that pokemon)

2 Energy Search (load up on energy)

1 Imposter Professer Oak (Make ur opponent MAD!!!!!)

1 Potion (the origional "Heal em' Up")

 

Energies:

14 Psychic Energy

12 Fighting Energy

1 Double Colorless Energy

 

Strategy:

    To backup each types weakness with a resistent or something that the opponent is weak against (Example: opponent has out wigglytuff, you have out mewtwo, on bench u send out ur hitmonchan for the one hit ko.) Each type backs the other ones up.

 

Results:

Match 1 vs Doom w/his awsome raindance

    well i got out kadabra. in 4 turns and then things got ugly fast. I had one prize left when it fell to his wartortle. i had hitmonchan on the bench loaded and i special punched for the victory.

 

Match 2 vs little kid w/charizard deck i had one prize that my hitmonlee won me then he forfeit because he thought i was cheating.

 

Match 3 vs ??? w/mono psy deck

 

    I got out kadabra on my 5th turn and got him loaded and easily destroyed every one of his psychic pokemon because of the weakness.

 

Day results for tourny: 3-0
