I played at
Pokemon League at a nearby Books-a-Million store. Their were only about four
or five people there. Only about two or three battled. I decided to pull out
my stalling grass/fire deck. This is what it consists of.

The first
battle I faced a kid with a water/psychic deck. I thought it would be easy at
first, but it wasn't. He led off with a staryu and a slowpoke on his bench.
All I had was a Snorlax. In my hand was Charizard, Charmelion, Venusaur,
Ivysaur, and 2 grass energy. I couldn't draw anything good.

The
tird battle I got some relief.
This kid did not know how to play at all. First he started with about 150
cards for a deck. It gets better. He asked if he could attach an energy, and I
said he could if he had one. So he goes looking through his whole deck looking
for an energy. I asked him If he knew how to play. He said yes, I know all
about playing. Then a card he drew was a Japaneese Snubble. I said he can't
have Japs in his deck, and he says, oh, I didn't know that, so he
goes through his whole deck picking out all of his Japaneese cards. About a
minute later, I see a half inch pile of Japs that he picked out of his deck.
Then he can't find his hand because he set it down somewhere, and forgot where
it was. So he just draws seven more cards and says it is his hand. I said
he can't do that. So this kid is getting pretty ticked off about know. He
asked what can he do. I said, "Well you can..." as he interupts me
and says, "Screw Pokemon. Pokemon sucks. I'm forfeiting." I
just sat there for second, and I thought, wait a tick I just won. Yes! In
your face stupid kid who beat me. I won.
