I attended a Pokemon League in Duncanville, Texas at Toys "R" Us on Saturday,
April 22nd. There were about 50 kids playing and trading.

1st battle vs. Modified Trouble
I played against a kid who had bought a new Team Rocket Pre-constructed deck
but had modified it a bit. I drew a nice first hand and played Promo Mewtwo
and Scyther on the bench and called out Jigglypuff first. I went first and
drew a Bill and played it and got a Computer search and a Psychic energy. He
wasn't very skilled and filled his bench with 2 Abra 2 Ekans and 1 Gastly and
had a Team rocket Kadabra as active (it won't harm Jigglypuff). I got lucky
with the Bills and had filled my bench on turn 8 I evolved Jigglypuff to
Wigglytuff and Waved him the next 5 turns for the win.
2nd battle vs. Solarfly
I was playing against a tough plant deck that was winning almost all the
other battles today. All I started was with Mew,  Mysterious fossil and
Aerodactyl and 4 psychic energy. He kept energy removing my Mew and he had a
Scyther ready to take my aerodactyl out if I evolved it so I never got
Prehistoric Power his Bulbasaur. So he spent the rest of the time energy
transing his Venusaurs and Scyther and KO'd my Mews, Dittos, Mewtwo and
Aerodactyl (using plus powers) like there was no tomorrow. I couldn't draw
Energy removals or any other trainers or Pokemon so he got the win. A tough
loss. 1-1
3rd Battle vs. Super Modified Zap!
This match was sudden death because we were running out of time so I sent out
Scyther, Ditto and Mew. I kept playing Bills and getting Energy removals and
energy so I charged up Scyther while his Electabuzz pounded me with
Thundershock and paralysis. I got one slash in before he finally got another
energy in his hand and played it on Electabuzz and Thunder punched me for the
KO. this was the longest Sudden death I've ever played. 1-2
4th Battle vs. Strictly Psychic
It was another sudden death match so I sent out Mew and he played Mew and a
fossil Gastly. I got to go second and I played a Bill and got lucky with a
Mysterious Fossil and an Aerodactyl. He did psywave to me for 20. I played
energy on Mew and did 20 to him also. He didn't play an energy on Mew that
turn to keep from getting KO'd on my turn and he left My mew with 10 HP, But
I drew a Bill that turn and played it and got real lucky when I got my Plus
power, I played it and his draw dropped and I did psywave for 30 and the KO.

The overall story for this deck was if you can't draw the right cards its
hard to pull out a defeat, but it's awesome if your drawing an equal ratio of
cards.
