Hi pojo. This deck I pretty much just made up and is doing pretty well.
Havn't taken it to a tournament yet but I played a few of my friends with it.
There were 4  of my friends at the party.  My house, may 6. The prize was
bragging rights until next time.
14 Fire energy
9 Electric energy
4 Base Electabuzz
4 Growlithe
3 Base Arcanine
3 Rocket Charmander
3 Rocket Voltorb
3 Scoop Up
4 Bill
2 Oak
4 Plus Power
3 Gust of Wind
4 Energy Removal
2 Super Energy REmoval

Basically, your goal is to use electabuzz, and your rockets to survive until
you get your arcanine out(kinda like a cleaner). Rocket charmanders are there
because of his one nrg attack for 20. I would've used fossil magmar but he is
more for status anomilies.

1st round vs. Dallas with fire deck
Dallas is good with fire and wins some tournaments too. Mainly I take out all
of his charmanders so he can't get charmeleon. He finally gets arcanine out
and gets about 4 prizes with hum using take down. After all of that, He has
done so much damage to himself that I simply send in charmander for the kill.

2nd round vs. Andrew with oddball haymaker
Actually this is more of a poor man's haymaker but the point is that he only
got a farfetch'd to my electabuzz and I won.

3rd round vs. andrew's 5 yr old brother
He was just learning so I let him have a few prizes and then moved in for the
kill

4th match vs. Dallas again
This time he had his psychic deck. I killed his lone abra in 2 turns for the
kill

My other friend forgot his cards at home so he didn't play but he did keep
score and other referee things.
