Haymaker Kicker (Colorless, electric, fighting, and grass)

    With Haymakers being ever so popular its been hard to get around. I have
had a haymaker myself and know how powerful they are in competitions. This
competition was no different. I saw 3 versions of a haymaker at this
tournament, these were the only ones I saw, for sure there were alot more.
This is a haymaker, but it can take out any other haymakers you are versing.


Pokemon:
2 x Brock's Lickitung(Mewtwo nightmare, with resistance and high HP)
2 x Ditto (with energy can take out those nasty Mewtwo promos)
4 x Scyther (with no retreat cost and double colorless energy, Its like a hit
and run)
4 x Hitmonchan(Electabuzz nightmare with PlusPowers)
4 x Electabuzz(Raindance is gone, great overall Pokemon)

Trainers:
4 x Bill
4 x Rnergy Removal
4 x PlusPower
3 x Professor Oak
2 x Super Energy Removal
2 x Gust of Wind

Energy:
11 x Fighting Energy
10 x Electric Energy
4 x Colorless Energy

Everything was free, it was just a competition to get the Elite Four. The
Elit Four would win a T-Shirt and, well, be the Elite Four.Lets get on to the
good stuff!!!!


Me vs RainDance

Well I've had a Rain Dance deck before and they are slow with evolution. Well
I get a Buzz, S. Energy Removal, Some Energy, and a Bill. I put out Buzz,
zapped some carp and squirtle. He had no chance with Buzz against his water.
He soon ran out of bench and lost.

Me vs Rock Fighting Deck

I have never versed a Rock Deck before and was kinda worried. I got a Buzz,
Chan, Ditto, energy, and an Oak. He had a Rhyhorn as active, a chan and a
Hitmonlee ans bench. I put out chan is active and the rest bench(except buzz
wich I never used in the game). He tried to stall but I got past by using
bill and oaking. With pluspowers and unlucky flips by my opponent I out
powered him.

Me vs Haymaker (the big moment!)

I get an awesome hand! 2 bill, buzz, chan, 2 ditto, and a fighting energy. My
active was chan, and my bench was all the rest. he had a buzz active
(muhahaha) I use both bill and get more energy and a pluspower.I use jab with
a plus power. I kill his buzz. As the match goes on, whenever he ataches an
energy somehow I take them off. Haymakers should still be able to with stand
this, but he seemed to have lost most all energy. I win over him eventually.

Me vs ??? ( could have been a rainbow deck)

I get Brock's Lickitung, Ditto, Chan, Energy removal, and energy. I put Chan
as active, and the rest bench. He has a huge evolution line on his Pokemon.
He mustve had it easy or something but he had a charmander as active and 2
growlithe as bench. I knock out those pokemon and win. He didnt seem to get
anymore pokemon after his first hand.

Me vs Psy deck (finals)

I got Ditto, Colorlesss Energy, more energy, 2 bills, and a S.Energy Removal.
I just about to freak out because of 1 basic pokemon. Ditto is active. He has
a Mewtwo as active ( he only had 1 pokemon too). I go first and bill. I use
the cards and attach a Double Colorless Energy to Ditto. He attaches an
energy to Mewtwo and 2 Defenders. That was a good move!! I attach another
energy to Ditto and a PlusPower. I do PsyBurn wich does 80 damage, but only
40 with the defenders. He attaches another energy to mewtwo and sighs. I
figure he is going to put a pokemon on the bench or bust out a strategy
towards me but he dosnt. He says "Your turn, Great Game". I smile draw a card
and psyburn K.Oing his mewtwo. We shook hands and later became friends and
exchanged screen names.

The Good : The awesome T-Shirt and the feeling of the being the best there

The Bad : For the last match for being such a drag!

The Ugly : Me !! ; )
