My Deck : Wiggle it all about (the name could be better)

Hi POJO it's me again and I've made a new deck. Everyone I played in the
last tournament dismantled their decks (except about 3 of them)  andI
helped them make new ones (but for a small fee of course i.e. any star)
so it should be a bit tougher this time. There was only about twenty
people there. We'd play 4 rounds and then the top 4 would go to the
semi-finals. Gym isn't out in Ireland yet. Only 1 kid there had them and
he was new ( he wasn't at the last tournament so I didn't fix his deck).
Oh, by the way I hope the paragraphing doesn't screw it up.

Round 1 vs. Martin with Haymaker

I drew 2 Bill, Oak, Scyther, Jigglypuff, Wigglytuff and Rainbow. He
mulliganed so I drew Computer Search and Scyther whom I benched. I sent
out Scyther and benched Jigglypuff. He sent out Hitmomnchan and benched
another Hitmomnchan.   
        I lost the toss and he drew. He gave a Fighting to his active
Hitmonchan, gusted out my Jigglypuff and Jabbed.       
        I drew and Billed twice getting a DCE, Electric, Jigglypuff and
Hitmonchan whom I beched. I gave an Electric to Jigglypuff which I paid
to retreat it, brought out Scyther and passed.
        He drew, attached a Fighting to his active Hitmonchan and
passed.
        I drew a Hitmonchan, gave a Rainbow to my active Scyther and
Swords
Danced.
        He drew, used ER on my Scyther, gusted out Jigglypuff, attached
a
Fighting to his active Hitmonchan and Jabbed for the kill. I replaced
Jigglypuff with Scyther and he drew a prize.
        I drew an Electric which I gave to my active Scyther and passed.
        He drew, gave a Fighting to his beched Hitmonchan, Gamblered
with
tails and Special Puched my Scyther.    I drew a Wigglytuff, gave a DCE
to
my Scyther and Slashed his Hitmonchan.
        He drew, benched a Fossil Magmar, gave it a Fire, retreated his
Hitmonchan bringing out Magmar and smokescreened.       I drew (a
Challenge)
benched a Jigglypuff, gave it a DCE and Challenged.He didn't accept
because he knew I was playing Wigglytuff. I drew a Fighting and a
Search. I retreated Scther for Jigglypuff and Pounded.
        He drew, attached a Fire to Magmar and Smogged without poison.
        I drew an Oak, gave a Fighting to Jigglypuff, evolved it into
Wigglytuff, Computer Searched for a Gust and Gusted out his damaged
Hitmonchan. I did the wave on the Hitmonchan and drew a DCE as my prize.
        He brought out Hitmonchan, drew and he Jabbed my Wigglytuff.
        I drew a Challenge which I used but he declined. I drew a
Jigglypuff(whom I benched) and a Rainbow. I benched a Hitmonchan,
Computer Searched for a Gust but it wasn't there ! I took a NGR instead
which I used to shuffle in a Jigglypuff, a Wigglytuff and an Electric. I
Oaked getting 2 Electric, 2 Rainbow, a Challenge, an Item Finder and a
Hitmonchan. I Item Findered with a Challege and a Hitmonchan for a Gust
which I used to bring out Magmar. I gave a Rainbow to one of my benched
Hitmonchans and killed Magmar with Do the Wave. I drew a Gust as my
prize.
        He brought out his Hitmonchan and drew. He benched a Hitmonchan
and
Jabbed my Wigglytuff to death. I brought out a Scyther (the fully
powered one) and he drew a prize.
        I drew a Fighting, gave it to Hitmonchan (the one that already
had
anenergy) and Slashed his Hitmonchan. He drew, gave a Psychic to
Hitmonchan and payed it to SER my Scyther. He passed.
        I drew an Electabuzz. I retreated Scyhter, brought out my nearly
powered Hitmonchan, gave my now active Hitmonchan an Electric and
Special Punched for the kill. He brought out Hitmonchan and I drew a NGR
as myprize.     He drew, Energy Retrivealed with a Scoop Up for 2
Fighting, gave 1 to Hitmonchan and Jabbed my Hitmonchan.
        I drew a Fighting, N.G.Ran a Jigglypuff, a Wigglytuff and an
Electric
back into my deck. I gave a Fighting to my benched Hitmonchan and
Special Punched.        He drew, ERed my Hitmonchan's Fighting, gave a
Fighting to his Hitmonchan and Jabbed my Hitmonchan.    I drew a
Fighting,
gave it to  my active Hitmonchan and Special Punchedfor the match.
        It was only my fourth prize but I won because he had no in-play
Pokemon.
        Man, that was a long game.

Round 2 vs. Aidan with Rain Dance

        I drew : 2 Jigglypuff, a Wigglytuff, a Hitmonchan, a Bill, an
Electric
and a Fighting. I sent out a Jigglypuff and benched a Hitmonchan.
        I won the toss and flipped over my pokemon and he flipped over a
Scyther.
        I drew an Item Finder and Billed for a Jigglypuff and a Computer
Search. I benched my 2 Jigglypuff, gave an Electric to Jigglypuff and
Lullabyed. His Scyther stayed asleep.
        He drew, Billed 3 times, gave a Water to his Scyther and Passed.
His
Scyther stayed asleep.
        I drew, (an Electric) Computer Searched with a Fighting and an
Electric
for an Oak. I evolve my active Jigglypuff and Oaked. I drew : 2
Fighting, 2 DCE, a Scyther, a Bill and a Computer Search. I benched the
Scyther, I billed for a Jigglypuff and a Wigglytuff, benched a
Jigglypuff, gave a DCE to Wigglytuff and Computer Searched with 2
Fighting for a Plus Power. I attached the Plus Power to my Wigglytuff
and Did the Wave for the match.
        Once, again I win because my opponent has no in-play pokemon.
        That game was about 15 times shorter than the other one.
        I only learned later that it was a Rain Dance, I mean, all I saw
was a
Scyther.

Round 3 vs. Mark with Lt. Surge theme deck (the new kid)

        I wasn't too afraid of losing this match to be honest.
        I drew : a Hitmonchan, an Electabuzz, a Bill, an Oak, a
Challenge, a
NGR and a Rainbow. I sent out Hitmonchan and benched Electabuzz. I won
the toss. He flipped over a Lt. Surge Rattata (active) and a Lt. Surge
Voltorb (bench).
        I drew a Gust of Wind, Billed for a NGR and a Bill. I biiled
again
getting a Fighting and a Scyther (whom I benched). I attached a Fighting
to Hitmonchan and Jabbed for the kill. I drew a Challenge as my prize
and he sent out a Voltorb.
        He drew, benched another Lt. Surge Voltorb, Secret Missioned
discarding
a Vermilion City Gym and 3 Electric. He drew his 4 cards, benched a Lt.
Surge Magnemite, gave it an Electric and passed.
        I drew a DCE, gusted out his Magnemite and killed it.
        Just as I was drawing my prize he said " Oh screw this " and
resigned.

Round 4 vs. David with "Dark" Vileplume stall

        Now, this is an interesting deck. Let's see how it performs!
        I drew : 2 NGR, an Oak, a Gust, a Scyther (whom I sent out), an
Electabuzz (whom I benched) and a Rainbow.
        He mulliganed. I drew an Oak and a Fighting.
        We laid out our prizes and I won the toss he flipped over an
Active
Grimer (TR) and a Benched an Oddish.
        I drew a Jigglypuff, I gave a Rainbow to Electabuzz, retreated
Scyther
bringing out Electabuzz and Thundershocked with Paralysis.
        He drew, Billed, benched a Fossil Grimer, attached a Grass to
his
Oddish and passed.
        I drew a Fighting, gave it to Electabuzz and Thunderpunched with
heads
for the kill. I drew a Challenge as my prize and he sent out Oddish.
        He drew, attached a Grass to Grimer and Stun Spored with
Paralysis.
        I drew a DCE, attached it to Jigglypuff and Challenged him. He
declined
so I drew Electric and DCE and passed.
        He drew and Stun Spored with Paralysis.
        I drew a Hitmonchan, benched it, gave a DCE to Scyther and
passed.
        He drew, attached a Grass to Grimer, payed Oddish's Grass to
retreat
it, evolved Grimer into "Dark" Muk and Sludge Punched.
        My Electabuzz took 10 Poison damge.
        I drew an DCE gave it to Electabuzz payed all Electabuzz's to
retreat,
brought out Scyther and passed.
        He drew, attached a Grass to Oddish and Sludge Punched.
        My Scyther took 10 Poison damge.
        I drew a Challenge and used it but he refused. I drew WIGGLYUFF
AND
BILL !! How perfect. I billed for a CPU Search and an Item Finder. I
evolved Jigglypuff, retreated Scyther bringing out Wigglytuff and
Computer Searched with Oak and Fighting for an Electabuzz. I benched the
Electabuzz, Item Findered the CPU Search discarding Rainbow and Gust,
CPU Searched with Oak and NGR for a Jigglypuff, benched it and Did the
Wave for the kill. I drew a Fighting as my prize and he sent out Oddish.
        He drew and Stun Spored without Paralysis. Then he just
resigned.

        Wins : 4 Losses : 0

        The people that got through were : Me with 4-0, my brother with
4-0 (a
complete shock although he was using a Haymaker I bmde for him which was
kind of likie Martin's), Evan with 4-0 and Martin with 3-1. There were 6
people joint 4th with 3-1 but Martin got through because he had the
toughest opponents i.e. me. Aidan also got 3-1 but he came 5th. David
also got 3-1 but he came 7th. The kid with the Surge theme deck didn't
win a match ! We had 20 mins until the Semi-Finals so I went to Burger
King. About a third of the people went homev at this stage.

Semi-Final vs. Shane with Magmar(F) Hitmonchan and Mr.Mime Haymaker

        I had the advantage of knowing his deck inside out but he knew
mine
fairly well too.
        I mulliganed twice so he drew 4 extra cards. Then I drew a
Hitmonchan
(which I sent out), 2 Rainbow, 2 Electric, a Gust and a Bill. I lost the
toss. Things were not going my way ! He flipped over an active
Hitmonchan and a benched Mr. Mime.
        Do you see what I mean ? He knows I have Jigglypuff in my deck
the most
so sends out Hitmonchan. Smart lad.   
        He drew, gave a Fighting to his Hitmonchan and Jabbed.
        I drew a DCE, billed for a Fighting and Hitmonchan (whom I
benched),
gave a Fighting to my active Hitmonchan, Gusted out his Mr. Mime and
Jabbed it.
        He drew, ERed my Hitmonchamn, Scooped Up his Mr. Mime, attached
a fire
to his Hitmonchan and Jabbed.
        I drew a Rainbow, and, sensing he had a Fighting attached it to
my
active Hitmonchan and Jabbed him.
        He drew, attached a Fighting to his Hitmonchan (just as I
thought!) and
Jabbed me to death. I sent out Hitmonchan and he drew a prize. I'm in
big trouble now !
        I drew a lifeline - AN OAK !! YEES !! I gave a Rainbow to
Hitmonchan an
Oaked getting a Scyther a Jigglypuff, an Electabuzz (and benched all bar
Jigglypuff), a Bill, a CPU Search, a Plus Power and an Item Finder. I
billed, getting Scyther and Electabuzz and Jabbed his Hitmonchan.
        He drew, ERed my Hitmonchan, Gusted out Electabuzz and Special
Punched
it for the kill. Isent out Scyther and he drew a prize.
        I drew a Challenge and used it but he didn't accept (nobody ever
does!)
and I drew a DCE and a Fighting. I gave the Fighting to Hitmonchan,
retreated Scyther bringing out Hitmonchan, benched Jigglypuff, Scyther
and Electabuzz, attached a Plus Power and Jabbed for the kill. I drew a
NGR as my prize and he sent out Mr. Mime.
        He drew, ERed my Hitmonchan and Gamblered with tails. He drew
his card
and passed.
        I drew a Fighting, (Yes!) attached it to Hitmonchan and Jabbed.
        He drew, benched a Magmar (F) (NOOOO!!) and passed.
        I drew an Oak, attached a DCE to Jigglypuff and Jabbed for the
kill. I
drew an Item Finder and he sent out Magmar.
        He drew, gave a Fighting to Magmar, payed it to SER Hitmonchan
and
passed.
        I drew a Plus Power, CPU Searched with Item Finder and NGR for a
Fighting, gave it to Hitmonchan and Jabbed.
        He drew and passed.
        I drew an Oak, Item Findered with Oak and Plus Power for a Bill
and
Billed for a Scyther and a Jigglypuff. I Jabbed.
        He drew, gave a Psychic to Magmar, payed it to SER Hitmonchan
and
passed.
        I drew a NGR, benched a Scyther and Oaked. I drew 2 Challenge, a
Bill,
a DCE, a Gust, a CPU Search and an Electabuzz. I billed getting
Wigglytuff and Electric, gave a DCE to Hitmonchan, payed it to retreat
Hitmonchan bringing out Jigglypuff,I Searched with the two Challenges
for a PLus Power, gave it to Jigglypuff and Pounded for the match.

        Evan easily beat Martin.

Final vs. Evan with Rocket Rain Dance

        What he did was he just copied Rocket Rain Dance right out of
POJO (the
September 2000 issue).
        I drew : 2 Bill, a Rainbow, a Hitmonchan (active), a Fighting, a
DCE
and a Wigglytuff. I set out my prizes but he mulliganed so I drew a Bill
and a Scyther (new active) and benched Hitmonchan. I won the toss and he
flipped over a Squirtle.
        I drew a Scyther (benched it) and Billed 3 times getting a Plus
Power,
a Gust, a DCE, a Wigglytuff, an Electabuzz (benched it) and a Scyther. I
retreated Scyther, brought out Electabuzz, attached a Rainbow to
Electabuzz and Thundershocked with Paralysis.
        He drew, he Searched discarding 2 NGR, benched a Squirtle,
Billed,
benched an Articuno, gave it a Water and passed.
        I drew an Electric, gave it to Electabuzz and Thundershocked for
the
kill. I drew a Jigglypuff as my prize and he sent out Squirtle.
        He drew, gave a Water to Articuno and Oaked. He passed.
        I drew a Fighting, benched a Jigglypuff, gave it a DCE and
Thunderpunched with tails. I drew a DCE as my prize and he sent out
Articuno.
        He drew, gave a Water to Articuno and Freeze Dryed without
Paralysis.
        I drew a Lightning gave it to Jigglypuff, evolved Jigglypuff,
retreated
Electabuzz for Wigglytuff, attached a Plus Power, benched Scyther and
Did the Wave for the match and the tournament.
        I thought it was very fitting that Wiggly won me the tournament.
