Hey Pojo,
I've made a great deck and I've done quite well
with it. Today I went to pokemon league and played 10 times. I really like
this deck and its fun to use. There are only about 5 or so rares in here, so
its not that hard to make. Here are some of the best things about this deck:
everyone has no retreat cost; everyone has a resistance; every one takes only
one ( or less ) energy that's not colorless; it has four different types, so
that helps double the damage with weakness; it has 2 different resistances.
This deck is basically all speed, but it has some stalling in there, too. But
usually I win by taking all my prizes. Here's my deck:
Slashtap
Pokemon ( 19 )
2 Scyther
3 Gligar
1 Rocket's Porygon
1 Aipom
3 Spearow
3 Fearow ( I'm going to replace the Spearows and
Fearows with Lt. Surge's Spearows and Fearows )
3 Fossil Ghastly
3 Fossil Haunter ( mostly for stalling, but also
for fighting type pokemon like Hitmonchan, who has only a 25% chance of doing ten
damage for three energy )
Energy ( 19 )
4 DCE
8 Fighting Energy
7 Psychic energy ( I can get 'em back with Ghastly
)
Trainers ( 23 )
2 Elm
1 Oak
3 Gust of wind
4 Super Energy Removal
2 Energy Removal
2 Gold Berry
2 Bill
1 Super Energy Retrieval
1 Rocket Sneak Attack
2 Lass
2 Pluspower
I hope this deck will work it's way up to
Archetype status. It easily shakes off poison and confusion, and gust of wind
and energy removals won't help them out much, because you can just retreat for
free and send out someone else who's pumped up with energy. I encourage you to
use this deck, atleast try it out a couple of times. I think this is good
enough to become a new archetype, but only if you help me out and use it.
Thanks! See ya around!
