Well, hello everyone. First off, I would like to say thanks for reading this deck report. I decided to play Ferailgatr at a small store on Saturday and I lost to first turn and second turn K.O's to grass decks. So, I got mad and then got even! I built meh a Typhlosion deck to NOT lose 1st turn to a freakin Bellsprout or a Promo Eevee.(Toto v. Bellsprout, Turn 2 & Eevee w/ dark v. my Pichu ...1st turn.) So, I heard of only 1 Feraligatr and that's it. I had decent chances...so on to the tourney.

Well, we started a little bit after 3:00pm b/c we had a few people come in late.

~Round 1: Jim Trenner~Slowking/Umbreon/Espeon

- I lose the opening flip, but he only had a Murkrow. He Mean Looked my Cyndaquil and passed. I got an Entei, so I Entei for 4 Fire and 1 Focus Band.=/. I attach 2 to Cyndaquil and 2 to Entei. He Feint attacks for 30 and then I evolve into Quilava and Char him. During turns, He flips tails, k.oing his Murkrow.

~Round 2: Pam Humphreys~Grass deck

- I got a few Typhlosions and a Arcanine going and she k.oed my cleffa, but the weakness was just too overpowering for her to overcome. She got really luck with a ND Weedle though...

~Round 3: Chris Genest~Lt. Surge deck

- This was an wake-up call to tell me that I was in for a challenge. He got out a Lt. Surge's Jolteon Turn 2 and I was still trying to Elm and Eek to get my Typhlosions and Arcanines going. He flips 2 Heads against Cleffa and stops my Trainers...I had 5 Trainers that I couldn't use. I retreat for Magby and passed...and again 2 heads,stopping my trainers. I took a risk and eeked and he got 2 heads again. He then started using Thunder Flare and got 6 Tails against my babies. I got 2 Ty's and a Arc powered up and he couldn't recover.(Great game for both of us)

~ Round 4: David Friedlander~Feraligatr(of course)

- Feraligatr...the mortal adversary to Typhlosion. I got a Blaine's Growlithe to start to his Cleffa. I startedfirst and draw a Cleffa and Double Gust to send up my Cleffa and flipped heads. We power up and.....blah..blah..blah. We now have Arcanine against Feraligatr....his focus is heads and my is tails. I got up there and Sputter to k.o. He gets a Croc against my Focusless Ty since I got heads the last turn. I got heads k.oing me and his pokemon. He then basically gets crap and I got 2 Ty's and a Arc going and he k.oes my Arc with a FREAKING ELEKID. Well, I get Entei going, but deck myself....Only 2 more turns and I had him but he pulled this one out.

~Round 5: Bob Bonham~ Victreebel/Umbreon

- He is a really cool guy. We start and I get a Arcanine to his Weepinbell. He Sleep Poison's and I DG for my babies and stop the status effects. That was really saved me. He gets a few Umbreons out, but My Typhlosions stop them in the process. I get a few Tys and an Arcanine and I have one prizes left and time is called. I k.o his baby, but he says that it was a full win and nods to me.

I came 1st in the 15+ in preparation for the STS. I have a DCI of 1831 now and I finished 9-5 for the weekend. I went 6-4 for the previous weekend and only decreased 4 points. I am hoping to rise about 10-15 points which is ok with me. Ty0wnz.
