Ok guys what's up? I'm not dead yet =/. Anyways, some of the guys on Pojo's ladder at www.myleague.com/pojo are holding tournaments to revive this once great ladder and I strongly support the cause so I participate in most tournaments I can. Well my buddy Rage held a tournament with the following format: Base-Heroes and The Rocket's Trap was banned. So here's my deck...

Well here's a little strategy to the deck. First turn get Scyther up front and Jigglypuff on bench. Attach energy to Jigglypuff, use Imposter Oak's Revenge, Rocket's Sneak Attack away any vital trainers which could give your opponent any kind of advantage, and then complete your set up with the draw engine of Computer Search, Professor Oak, Bill, and Item Finder. Well let's get onto the matches! :D

Round 1
Me vs. LA213 with Raindance

Well this was a fast match. We decide to roll 20-siders to see who goes first. I roll an 11 while he rolls a 2, so I go first :D. I draw an Electabuzz, Bill, Item finder away GOW and Buzz for bill again, Bill, Rocket's Sneak attack an Oak, attach Lightning energy to Jigglpuff, and end my turn. He started off with and Articuno. He draws, benches Squirtle, attaches water energy to Squirtle, and passes. I find this to be really strange because he had yet another Professor Oak in his hand =/. I draw a CPU search, search away Wigglytuff and Nightly Garbage Run to get professor oak, attach double colorless energy (DCE) to Jigglypuff, and oak. I bench a ditto, Rocket Sneak Attack away the other Oak, CPU search away DCE and Lightning Energy to get Oak, use Oak, Bill, and wave for 40. He draws, plays a water energy to Squirtle, and passes. I draw, attach a lightning energy to Electabuzz, and wave for the ko. He draws, plays a water energy to Squirtle, and uses shell attack. I draw, bench a Scyther, and do the wave for a KO. He lost the match due to him not having any benched Pokemon.

Result: 1-0 Record.

Round 2
Me vs. Dittomon with ? (All I saw was Scyther/Buzz)

This is another fast match. He wants me to call either heads or tails to see who goes first. I call Heads and he flips Tails =/. So he goes first as it is my 2 Jigglypuff against his lone Electabuzz. He draws, benches Scyther, Bill, Lightning energy to Electabuzz, and shocks me for 10 and no para. I draw, bill, attach Light to benched Jigglypuff, and pass. He draws, gust Jigglypuff, attach Fighting energy to Buzz, and punches me for 40. I draw, evolve active Jigglypuff to Wigglytuff, attach DCE to Wigglytuff, item finder away an item finder and a Wigglytuff to bill, bill, bench scyther, use Nightly Garbage Run (NGR) in my Wigglytuff, Oak, bench Ditto, Imposter Oak's Revenge while discarding a Lightning energy, CPU search away another CPU search and a Lightning energy, attach pluspower, Oak, Bill, Rocket's Sneak Attack away his Super Energy Removal, and then Wave to KO Electabuzz. He draws, attaches a Fighting energy to his Scyther. I draw, attach a Pluspower to my Wigglytuff, and wave KOing his Scyther. He lost the match because he did not have any benched Pokemon.

Me vs. Underdog with Buzz/Scyther/Chansey

Before the tournament, UD and I playtested in a ladder going best two out of three. Let's just say UD whipped me 2 wins-1 loss and I had to report. I seeked revenge and was glad I was paired up against him. He wanted me to call Heads or Tails. I called Tails, and he flipped Heads =/. (This is why I hate using the coin to determine who goes first) I start with a Scyther against his Electabuzz and Ditto. He draws, attaches Lightning energy to Electabuzz, and shocks for 10 and no para. I draw, Bill twice, bench a Jigglypuff, attach Lightning energy to Jigglypuff, Imposter Oak's Revenge while discarding Lightning Energy, CPU search away another CPU search and Pluspower to get Professor Oak, Rocket's Sneak Attack away his Professor Oak, I use Oak, bench Ditto, and pass my turn. He draws, plays a DCE to Ditto, and shocks for 10 and no para. I draw, play DCE to my Ditto, retreat Scyther for Ditto, and punch for 30 and take 10 self damage. He draws, GOW my Jiggly, attaches Lightning energy to Electabuzz, and punches for 40. I draw, retreat Jigglypuff for Ditto, attach Lightning energy to Scyther, attach Pluspower and thunderpunch for 50 and KO his Electabuzz. He draws, sends up Ditto, and passes his turn. I draw, attach a DCE to Scyther, and Slash for 30. He draws, benches Electabuzz, attach Lightning energy to Electabuzz, retreat for Electabuzz, and shocks me for 10 and para. I draw, play Lightning energy to non damaged Jigglypuff, and pass my turn. He draws, NGR in Electabuzz and 2 Lightning Energy, and then shocks me for 10 and no para. I draw, bench a Jigglypuff,
attach Lightning Energy to Jigglypuff, and slash for 30. He draws and shocks me for 10 and para. I draw, play Lightning energy to Electabuzz, and pass. He
draws and shocks me for 10 and no para. I draw, attach pluspower, and slash to KO Electabuzz. He draws, attaches Lightning Energy to Ditto, and shocks
me for the KO. I draw, send up Jigglypuff, attach Pluspower, and then pound him for the KO. He draws and passes. I draw, Item Finder (IF) away Imposter
Oak's Revenge (IOR) and a Gust of Wind (GOW) to get Professor Oak, Play Wigglytuff on Jigglypuff with 40 damage and energy, Oak, CPU search away Buzz and Wigglytuff to get Professor Oak, NGR in Electabuzz and 2 Lightning Energy, Oak, Bill, Rocket's Sneak Attack away his IF, send up Wigglytuff, and proceed to wave for 60. He draws, attaches Lightning energy to Ditto, SERs my Wigglytuff discarding 2 Lightning Energy, and passes. I draw, attach a DCE to Wigglytuff, and wave for the game. He lost the match because he didn't have a benched Pokemon. This was the greatest match I played in the whole tournament. YOU DID GREAT UD!

Me vs SpongeBobSquarePants with Raindance

For those who do not know, SBSP is SirDonkey. We decide to high roll with 20-siders. She rolls an 11, while I luckily rolled a 19. It was my Jigglypuff against her Squirtle and Articuno. I draw, CPU search away Professor Oak and Lightning Energy, Imposter Oak's Revenge her while discarding Wigglytuff, Rocket's Sneak Attack her CPU Search, I use Oak, Bill, bench two Scyther, attach pluspower to Jigglypuff, attach DCE to Jigglypuff, CPU search away GOW and Lightning Energy to Get Professor Oak, I use Oak, Bill, bench a Ditto and Jigglypuff, attach another Pluspower, and then I proceed to pound her Squirtle for the KO. She draws and passes. I draw, attach DCE to Jigglypuff, IF away Scyther and GOW for Oak, NGR in Wigglytuff and 2 Lightning Energy, I use Oak, CPU
search away Lightning Energy and Electabuzz to retrieve Wigglytuff, and then proceed to wave her Articuno for the KO. She lost the match because she didn't have any more benched Pokemon.

Result: 4-0 Record (I WIN THE TOURNAMENT :D)
