Round One vs. Boy who Used Dark Pokemon
It started out very good for me. I had Dark Muk out on turn 3 and got two prizes fast. Then I let my guard down and soon enough, we were even at 2-2. Slowest moving PR match of my life! I was about to deal the final blow to his Dark Arbok in a turn but the match was called on a count of time.

Round Two vs. Boy who Used Dragonite…
Most pathetic loss in my life as a Pokemon duelist. I had a lone Zubat out with out energy, or basics. I managed acouple turns of survival but somehow Dark Dragonite comes out and BYE Zubat.

Lunch time!
Well first off I went upstairs to the store and was shocked to find out that they weren’t selling Team Rocket Returns packs till tomorrow. I managed to survive with some Fire Red/Leaf Green packs, a deck tin, a world champs ’04 hat and a t-shirt. Then I got some food and was happy. Went down stairs again and dueled with my real Monarchy deck (which dominated)…

Before Round Three
Surely enough they can’t start anything on time anymore right? Well they didn’t start the round till 20 min later…tisk, tisk.

Round Three vs. Man with Entei EX
Since I got about 30 min to chat with this man I knew he had a Rocket’s Entei Ex. Not good for me. Well kind of. Started out with my main man Zubat. Got two prizes and then he KO’d my Zubat. Dark Weezing comes in for me and I lose the next prize and the one after that. Oh well at least the wrath wasn’t from an ex.

Round Four vs. Boy with Dark G-Dos/Dark Muk
Well I now can’t win that special pin, oh well guess ill settle with boosters XD. Anyway… match starts. I actually drew my Togepi! And even better next turn I draw Togetic. Now I kind of destroyed this kid because Togetic’s Holy Shield prevented EVERYTHING he had. An actual win for me.

Round Five vs. Little Girl who had Mewtwo ex
All I am going to say is…DON’T UNDERESTIMATE CUTE LITTLE SEVEN YEAR OLD GIRLS! Mewtwo ex?!?! Why couldn’t luck give me THAT! The point is she destroyed me within 10 turns.

Final Round vs. Boy who had Articuno EX
Gee my luck with seeing these cool new ex’s is great, too bad none of them are mine! Point made. Zubat + no energy + no other basics + a scary Articuno EX= another loss for me yay!

The prizes were changed to “keep everybody happy”. Hey works for me! I got an additional 4 boosters and 2 POP boosters. I still didn’t get an EX but I traded for one and now I just stare at my beautiful Rocket’s Zapdos EX…
