This is my first time doing this, so pardon my format errors.  This deck was conceived ages ago at the release of EX Sandstorm, when I first saw Gardevoir ex online.  Between my desire to own one and my impulse to build a deck around Shining Mew (Japanese only promo.  Translation will follow.  When playing in a tournament, I switch it for a Genesis Aipom.), I came up with this.  I seldom run tricolor; usually it's only seen when dealing in Eeveelution decks, but this one works.  This deck has always held its own and given the top players a run for their money, but after redoing it I watched in amazement as it wiped out the best player in the area without even pulling type advantage.  With tweaking, this deck could be a very powerful force in official tournaments.

Translation:
Shining Mew
50 HP Basic (Psychic)
You can't have more than one Shining Mew in your Deck.

L: Flash Search: Look at the top 3 cards of your deck.  Choose one and add it to your hand.  Shuffle the other two back into your deck.

RP: Mysterious Flame: 20; You must discard 1 Fire Energy Card attached to Shining Mew in order to use this attack.  Flip a coin.  If heads, the Defending Pokemon is now Asleep.  If tails, it is now Confused.

All in all a very good card, but not legal outside of casual...

DECK LIST  (if a card has a "/whatever (Neon)" after it, that's what to use instead in Neon format.  I think that Eon will completely ruin the deck, and thus avoid it.  I also listed the set that the card first came from after it.)

This deck got quite the facelift after my cards got stolen.  The idiot who took my decks dismantled them all in hopes he could safely make off with my Typhlosion lines from other decks.  This was the first to be rebuilt and it's a beauty.  Everything clicks neatly into place now.  Gardevoir (both of them) are the main hitters.  The non-Dark Raichus fuel Delcatty's Energy Call, which in turn fuels Delcatty and Gardevoir ex.  The Magmar is in to stall and protect Gardevoir ex from those nasty Grass types.  It also does wonders on old Colorless, which can't stay alive for very long when Burned.  Pichu's Energy Patch can be useful when trying to get all Energy where it needs to be, and Aipom provides efficient and annoying recursion.  The only side note is that no matter the set restrictions, this deck LOVES old rules...

Tournament Results:

Round 1 vs. Lizzy (Psy/Col)
Facing Liz, the third most powerful player in our area, is a great way to get this deck killed.  Between her Wiggly (yes, the original) and her Sandstorm Espeon, I looked like I was in trouble. I went defensive, having Ralts keep Wiggly asleep until I pulled my first miracle draw, Kirlia, Life Drained Wiggly, Dazzle Danced it, and watched it bite the dust.  R/S Gardevoir followed soon after, and Magmar almost finished the job after that fell.  The game was won by Psychic Boom Ralts hitting a Burned Rocket's Mewtwo for 60 (weakness), and I took the game 6-4.

Round 2 vs. Jo (Water)
Jo is not among the top 5, but she's good.  This victory was not so much a test of skill as of luck. She had all energy on her Wailmer, but I got out Removal Beam Kirlia and never even had to pull weakness on her.  Final blow was dealt by Delcatty (after I spent a good minute or two pointlessly retreating one Aipom for another and back again) against her Dewgong.  End result was 4-0, as she opted for a short match.

Final Round vs. Jeff (Water)
Jeff is the absolute strongest in the area.  His decks are worthy of official tournaments and his rank as top stays unquestioned.  That day's deck of choice was a Swampert deck, one that would've flat-out murdered me if I hadn't been lucky on the draw.  I was able to pull not one but BOTH Gardevoirs on him and locked him securely.  I don't know how much energy he had by the end, but he had to hold back to keep the ex from OHKO'ing everything in sight.  He almost stopped me in the end with Suicune ex, but I held on with a Focus Band and became the first aside from his son to beat him 6-0, by far my greatest accomplishment as a player.

Thanks for reading!
