Okey Dokey, I've seen a lot of people with top 10 pokemon articles and I
think I should speak up {I've also seen a lot of Charizard articles but I
won't even go there}. I won't be giving a top ten article but a top 5
article. In my opinion the top 5 pokemon are as follows:
5. Venusaur: This is quite the overlooked card. 100 hp and solar beam is a
very good attack. I'm not to fond of the retreat cost but his pokemon power
makes up for that. While not the best pokemon power it is very good and can
come in handy.
4. Blastoise: No water deck is complete without Blastoise. The best thing
about this pokemon is his pokemon power. The best pokemon power in the game,
it's even better than Damage Swap and Energy Trans. The power I speak of is
none other than the feared Rain Dance!!! His attack is good to.
3. Electabuzz: All I can say is 2 energy for up to 40 damage. His first
attack is good too, 1 energy for 10 damage and a chance of paralyzation {Hope
I spelled it right}. 70 hp for a basic is fantastic. Not the best retreat
cost.
2. Jynx: This guy {or girl} does not get the credit it deserves. 70 hp and
it's a basic. Meditate is possibly the best attack out there, 20 damage plus
10 for each damage counter on the defender. Meditate builds power each time
you use it. Some may be thinking why not Mr. Mime? There are a few reasons 1.
Mr. Mime has 30 less hp 2. Jynx's meditate does more damage quicker than Mr.
Mime. 3. Jynx has Double Slap to back it up. Alot of you are thinking that
Mr. Mime is better because of his pokemon power but I disagree, there are way
to many pokemon who can deal 20 or less damage such as Hitmonchan, Machop,
Nidoking, and the ultimate Mr.Mime killer which is Dragonair. Even if they
can't do less than 30 damage all they have to do is put him to sleep or
something. Anyway Jynx is better.
1. Hitmonchan: No haymaker or fighting deck would be complete without this
player. Who can honestly tell me that they don't cower in fear when in the
presence of the all mighty Hitmonchan. The fastest pokemon in the game. Also
he is a basic with 70 hp like Jynx and Electabuzz. This is the ultimate card
and I put 4 in my deck and surprisingly I don't play a haymaker.
There you have it the best five cards. Please post this because it is my life
long dream to be posted on the all mighty POJO {Man am I a suck up} Thanks
for putting up with my dumb remarks but Pokemon is almost on, OH Ash what
mischief will you get into this time.
P.S. Where did the word Haymaker come from? If you know please e-mail me at
