In my opinion Electrode is the best electric pokemon of them all, his
electric shock does 100 damage to almost all water cards, which works for
me because all my friends use and love water, and if he's almost dead use
his pokemon power: Buzzap to load up on any kind of pokemon on your bench,
and with 80hp, he can withstand a lot of high energy attacks.
