Look at the text of this card:

Text: Shuffle your hand into your draw pile, then flip a coin.  If heads,
then
draw 8 cards, otherwise draw 1.

This card could be good with raindances or any other deck.  When you only
have a couple crappy cards in your hand you can put them in your DECK no
discarding or at least that's what it looks like from this translation.  Sure
you may only get to take 1 card but maybe it will be the card you need.  It's
not like you lose anything from it.
