I think that Porygon deserves more respect. Let's take a look...
Porygon's Conversion 1 costs only 1 colorless to use. This attack changes
your opponent's weakness to one of your choice.
In this situation, lets say you have a Double-Colorless Energy on your
Porygon, and a Rhyhorn with a Double-Colorless energy and a Fighting energy
on it on your bench. You have enough energy to use Horn Attack, which does
30 damage. Your opponent has a Blastoise as their active Pokemon, which
could be trouble, but at least it doesn't have enough energy to attack.
You
change Blastoise's weakness to Fighting, retreat Porygon for 1 colorless and
send out Rhyhorn. Use Horn Attack 2 times in a row and bye-bye Blastoise.
His conversion 2 is good for stalling, too.
