Many people thought raindance would suffer in fossil because of Aerodactyl
and Muk.  I disagree.  Raindance is getting two crucial new Pokemon:
Articuno and Lapras.

Articuno's attacks are Freeze-dry (3 Water-does 30 w/ 50% chance to
paralyze), 4 Water- Blizzard does 50 and damages either player's bench.

Lapras has the normal water gun ( 1 Water for 10, 2 for 20, 3 for 30) and
Confuse ray does 10 and has a 50% Confuse rate.

Granted, Articuno's attacks need raindance, but he can paralyze for 30.
This deletes Muk and and Aerodactyl's powers. Plus, Aerodactyl can only take
2 Freeze dry's.  Lapras is the sam but he doesn't need raindance!
