Ok, people have been talking alot abput which is better, Farfetch'd or
Syther. I think Farfetch'd is better. I use him in my haymaker and i've won
three tournaments with my haymaker with Farfetch'd in it.(I've only been to
three) Let's compare the stats:

Basic
Farfetch'd
HP:50
Attack one:
cost(1 energy of any type)Leek Slap
Flip a coin. If tails the attack fails. You can't use the attack anymore as
long as Farfetch'd stays in play.
Attack 2:
cost(3 energy of any type)Pot Smash 30 damage
Weakness:Electric
Resistance:Fighting
Retreat Cost:1 energy of any type(colorless)

Basic
Scyther
HP:70
Attack one:
cost(1 Grass Energy)Swords Dance
Scyther's slash attack now does 60 damage.
Attack two:
cost(3 energy of any type)Slash 30 damage
Weakness:Fire
Resistance:Fighting
Retreat cost:nothing

Ok, now we've got the stats. Scyther and Farfetch'd are both basics.(tie)
Scyther has higher HP than Farfetch'd.(Scyther wins) Farfetch'd has a better
1st attack in my opinion.(Farfetch'd wins)Farfetch'd and Syther both have
the same second attack.(tie)Scyther and Farfetch'd both have weaknesses to
types that are hardly ever played.(tie)Farfetch'd and Scyther both have
resistances to fighting.(tie) Farfetch'd has a retreat cost of 1 and Scyther
has free retreat cost.(Scyther wins)

So, Scyther wins. BUT, the reason I say Farfetch'd is better than Scyther is
this:
In my haymaker, I have 4 Fossil Magmar, 4 Farfetch'd, 4 Hitmonchan, and
three Aeaordactle(I think I spelled that wrong). I play many haymakers and
when E-buzz comes out, I use Hitmonchan. When Hitmonchan comes out, I use
Farfetch'd. Finally, when Scyther comes out, I use Fossil Magmar. My point
is that with Fossil Magmars out now Scyther will get Ko'd quicker than
anything. Farfetch'd has weakness to lighting so the only haymaker pokemon
that can hurt Farfetch'd really bad is E-buzz, and I never put out my
Farfetch'd's when E-buzz is out. Also, in many haymakers,(which is now 95%
of the type of decks used at tournaments) the player doesn't put grass
energy in his deck for Scyther, he/she just relys on Scyther's 3 energy for
30 damage attack. So, that just means that Farfetch'd has the same attack as
Scyther except Farfetch'd also has that one extra awesome attack, Leek Slap.
