I have just heard about an English version of the Jigglypuff Promo
card.  It just came out.  If you are one of the first 2 million people to
purchase the Pokémon: The First Movie CD, you will find inside a coupon for
a free English Promo Jigglypuff!  If you want to know, its attacks are:
First Aid - Remove one damage counter from Jigglypuff, Double Edge - Does 20
damage to Jigglypuff and does 40 damage to the opponent.
