I realy love this Pokémon! First, lets look at the basis:

60HP= O.K.
retreat cost: 1 Colorless= should be none, but o.k.
weakness:fire= he's grass, so it's fire
resistance:fighting= he flies
ATTACKS:
DoubleTeam: from now on, when the opponent tries to
damage Scyther, flip a coin. If heads, prevent all damage done to Scyther
(not including side-effects) = great attack
SpeedScythe: 40 damage= good


    There you go, I give this Pokémon a 9.5.
