I know lots of people who use Lickitung as a staller because of his cheap
energy requirements. I love hammering my opponents with Tongue Wrap over and
over. But when he's in critical condition, he's too expensive to retreat (3
Energies!). Sure you can use Switch or a couple Potions. But the answer to
this problem can easily be solved with a Scoop Up. Scoop Up acts as cheaper
Retreat, Cowardice, and Recover with one stroke. It's also a good thing to
try this with a Scruching Chansey.
