now you think a little puff ball, WHAT A LOSER.  but i think he is on of the
best basics in the game top 2 or 3 colorless pokemon for sure.  the other
two being chansey(1) and wigglytuff(3).  jiggly with 60 hp stays around for
at least two turns most of th time.  and with lullaby for one colorless and
it is automatic sleep.  second turn attach another energy does 20 damage.

Now hears how to play it... I think
put him in a deck with Pyschic or alot of basics
then add wigglytuffs, so now you have a guy who can protect you against
psyhchic and a lot of basic to do the wave
