The Promo Draganite is okay.  It has 90HP, which is good for a Stage 2
Pokemon, No Weakness, Resistance to Fighting, an attack that has a 50/50
chance of doing 60 Damage(which isn't that good) and Special Delivery.  What
good is that?  How about if you Draw a card, put a Kadabra on top of your
deck. Then you draw Kadabra and another card and put something else on top. 
What good is that?  And it has a Retreat Cost of 2.  It's basicly USELESS!
