Personally, I think Dragonair is one of the best colorless Pokémon in the
TCG. It's Hyperbeam attack may be expensive, but it can sometimes be a game
saver. Lets look at the stats:
Dragonair
Evolves from Dratini
80 HP
Attacks:
3 Colorless- Slam-Flip 2 coins, this attack does 30 damage times the number
of heads.
4 Colorless- Hyperbeam-20 damage- Choose on of your opponents energy cards
from the defending Pokémon. Discard that card.
No weakness Resistance- Psychic
People often think that the owner of the defending Pokémon get to choose.
Nope. That means DCE can go bye-bye also because it does not say
"basic"
energy card. People often get that mixed up to. And if you have those heavy
damage hitting decks, put this guy in your deck He'll murder Mr. Mime with
that resistance, nothing will happen to him. Also 80HP is great for a Stage
1. I personally use him in my rain-dance deck, because he helps get those
annoying Mime's away. People also say Mr. Mime is getting less popular due to
the face that too many people have found ways to get around him. Well, not in
Virginia. If you can prove me wrong, want to agree with me, or just make a

Thanks a bunch!
