9-Venusaur-Good Pokemon power, good grass attack
8-Chansey-The ultimate damage sponge,good hp, gotta love that scrunch.
7-Electabuzz-good basic, hp and attacks are good.
6-Alakazam-Very good pokemon power, so-so attack
5-Gengar-Very good pokemon power attack is pretty sweet.
4-Blastoise-Sweetest pokemon power, so-so attack
3-Mr. Mime-Exellent pokemon power, good attack, low hp though
2-Hitmonchan- Good Hp, good attacks, everything a card needs


And IMHO the best pokemon is---

1-Scyther!!-Fair hp, free retreat, good colorless attack, chance for 60
damage.
