YOU misunderstood Alakazam's Pokemon Power! It says: As often as you like during
your turn (Before you attack), you may move 1 damage counter from 1 of your
pokemon to another as long as you don't knock out that pokemon. This power can't
be used if Alakazam is Asleep, Confused, or Parylyzed.
In plan English, Alakazam's Pokemon Power allows you to move damage from one of
your own Pokemon to another one of your Pokemon NOT from one of your own Pokemon
to one of your opponents! If it was meant to do what you claimed it would
have said this: ". .. .you may move 1 damage counter from 1 of your pokemon
to 1 your opponent's Pokemon."
Alakazam is still powerful as long as you use him with Chancey or any other
Pokemon with High HP.
