I really think that this is a good card, but, you have the translation wrong.

POKEMON POWER: (not sure of name i think it's....) imatate
                                   you may once per turn put a 1st or 2nd
evlove card on top of ninetales. Ninetales then becomes that card.
                                  after your opponents next turn, discard
the evloving card.
IT NOT A GREAT MOVE!
you lose a good evolovtion card for 1 attack? JUST 1 ATTACK?
i would rather have lure.
