~>A bright flash of light lights the dark
street at 12:00. All is quiet as cars stop to figure out what is going on and
pedestrians step back in awe. A human steps out of the cloud of
smoke generated by the entrance<~
HUMAN:Call me Mr.Reasoning.
I have the best poisoner Pokemon available as of 3-26-00(there MIGHT be a good
one in Rocket). Not Beedrill, not Muk(although Muk is second best, he'll go
great in a poison deck with the best), but the best is~>drum roll<~ Nidoking!!!
Absolutly awesome, it's Toxic attack does 40 during your turn(poison damage,
comes into effect after ANYONES turn, not after both the opponet and you)!!!
Once you use Toxic, use thrash. Use him with Muk, they'll make a truly
great deck(put in Kangaskhans or some other colorless to offset the Psychic
weakness)! But, that is only my hypothesis, people. I still need
one more Scyther to complete my poison deck and use it, so don't flame me if
it doesn't work. Any questions, anybody?
Pedestrian:Why
does Nidoking do 40 damage after each players turn? It doesn't work like
that in the Pokemon game boy game(any version). Read the card. It
specifically states Toxic:The defending Pokemon is now poisoned. It now
takes 20 Poison damage instead of 10 after each players turn(even
if it was already Poisoned). I've underlined the important part.
Remember, I reason, hence the name.
~>As soon as he speaks those last words,
another flash of light, this one brighter than before, immerses him. As
he leaves, a Nidoking card is dropped. The pedestrian who asked the
question pickes it up, and studies it. Then he takes it home.<~
