everyone. This is promo watch. Today we determine whether Cool Porygon is what
he says he is. For those who care, this card, like promo mewtwo, is from the
Best Collection CD. Only, they didn't change the art to the art drawn by a
person who draws Magic cards

one cares! Amazing! Take a look:
Cool Porygon HP:50
CCC: Texture Magic
You may change Cool Porygon's type to a type of your
choice other than colorless. If the defending pokemon has
a weakness, you may change it to a type other than colorless. (Benching either
pokemon ends the effect on that pokemon.)
CCC: 3-D Attack 20x
Flip 3 coins. This attack does 20 damage times the
number of heads.
Weakness: Fighting Resistance: Psychic
Retreat:1
Whether Man: 3 energy
for both attacks?! Oh man. That's a lot! Definately NOT cool.
Mewtwo: Texture Magic
might actually do good if it didn't cost 3 energy. And I can't say that 3-D
Attack is very good. 50 HP and 1 retreat is the only thing decent about this
card. There are better sources for Psychic resistance. Not cool at all.
Eaamudo: Texture Magic
is the most attractive thing about this card. It's flashy, and effects both
pokemon, but I don't think it's that great. Sure, you get to override that
resistance to the type you play by changing your opponent's weakness, but 3
energy is way too much. 50 HP goes fast and Energy Removal kills this card.
Mewtwo: I thought you
can't kill an inanimate object...
Eaamudo: You know what
I mean! This card isn't worth buying the Stadium bundle for, though Stadium
rocks!
Mewtwo: Again another
showcase promo. Don't even bother selling him online. It costs more than
you'll get for him. Just keep it or trade it.
Whether Man: First you said "him", then
"it". Are you having trouble deciding?
Eaamudo: He
wouldn't know the difference, would he?!
Mewtwo: Not cool you two! This seems short, did we
miss anything?
Whether Man: Not much to say. Well the name is false
adveritsing. The correct name is "Uncool Porygon." Check this card
off our list of promos still to be released in the US, Eaamudo.
