Slowbro is sort of an underrated card. He can go good in any damage
swap deck, and if you're poor and have 1 or no Alakazams, Slowbro can
sort of fit the deal. Here's the card:

Slowbro - Stage 1 (Evolves from Slowpoke)
60 HP
Pokemon Power: Strange Behavior - As often as you like, during your turn
(before you attack),  you may move one damage counter to Slowbro from 1
of your other Pokemon. This can't be used if asleep, paralyzed, or
confused.
PP- Psyshock 20 - Flip a coin. If heads, the defending pokemon is now
paralyzed.
Weakness: Psychic
Retreat Cost: C

Now,  I'm sure most of you know what I'm getting at. Move counters to
Slowbro, and then Poke Center him. He's not exactly an Alakazam, and the
60 HP will really hurt, but if Psychic isn't popular in your area, or
you have no Alakazams, consider Slowbro as a miniature Kazam.
