    {A man dressed in a lab coat and a Mewtwo are standing next to a
portal-like device.}
    Prof. Wolf: Hello Pokemaniacs, I have just received word from a friend of
mine from the future through Mewtwo here.
    Mewtwo: Tell him never to enter my mind again. Eating twenty ice cream
sundaes may be normal for him, but I had a brain freeze colder then the North
Pole for weeks.
    Prof. Wolf: I'll remind him. Now he's sending us a NEO card. I told you
he comes from the future, so NEO has already hit the shelves of America in
his time.  He'll be coming from the other end of the Time Capsule here.
    {The Time Capsule starts to spin.}
    Prof. Wolf: Ah, here it comes now.
    {A small card shots out of the Time Capsule.}
    {Mewtwo catches it in his hand.}
    Mewtwo: Hmmm. This card is called Recycle Energy. Here's the stats.

    If this card goes from being attached to your Pokemon to the Discard
Pile, place it back in your hand.
    Prof. Wolf: Wow, a Energy that isn't affected by Energy Removal (ER) or
Super Energy Removal(SER). Too bad you can only have four.
    Mewtwo: This card works well with Charizard. Place four of these on it,
Energy Burn, and Fire Spin! And as an added bonus, you get the two Energy
Cards back!
    Prof. Wolf: You can also use it in an aggresive Damage Swap Deck. Place
four of these on Chansey, Double-Edge, and, if Chansey is still alive, Damage
Swap the damage to a fresh Chansey, Kangaskhan, Snorlax, or any other wall
with more then 80HP and Poke Center the damage away! Now Chansey can be used
as an attacker and SER/ER won't even effect it that much.
